it is shown to you one set of footprints on the
trail. The climb up the side of the mountain that day was difficult as you think hard to gather one or possibly two blessings into your heart and yet only one set of footprints you see. Tears start
to fall when in your own weakness think you have been alone and say, “Lord why has thou forsaken me today?’ Was not the trail narrow and difficult?“ Wherein the spirit brings the reply whispering
to your heart that those are the footprints along the trail of The Savior who carried you this day.
He forsakes them not that come unto Him, even be it their most undesired circumstances, and
lo I am with thee always.
Be you Gussy. Always!! Learn from other’s but what you apply is learned to your liking never trying to be like another. You’re a winner!
A patriot of Him from on high. Thank you for choosing to serve a mission. Thank you for being a wonderful, kind, and loving daughter. You are an example to me and all around you of the goodness of heaven.
