Faye walked into the tent Bellamy was in. "Hey." She sighed as Bellamy stood up.

"What's wrong?" Bellamy asked.

Faye told him how her and Clarke were taking Madi back to the Valley.

"No one cares about our blood. No one knows about the Flame." Faye said.

"Indra and Rich told me about the rebellion." Bellamy said. "You can't just leave them."

Faye sighed, sitting on the bed. Placing her elbows on her knees, she let her head sink into her hands.

"Hey." Bellamy knelt in front of her. "Look at me." He grabbed her hands. "Echo is defecting. She'll take down the eye. Until then, you should be here, fighting for your people. They need you. You're the only one who can stand up to Octavia."

"I know. I just... We met on a bridge for peace, we'll meet again." Faye assured him. She pulled him closer and kissed him softly.

When they pulled apart, Bellamy spoke. "Actually, we met when Clarke was sneaking you out of Arkadia."

Faye laughed at the memory. "Shut up." She pulled him closer.

When Bellamy thought Faye was asleep after laying so quietly for so long after he had been running his hand up and down her back, he caught sight of the scar where the Flame rested in the back of her head.

Running his fingers along the white skin, he noticed a tattoo of the sacred symbol just above it.

Faye sat up silently, throwing her hair over her back so it covered the scar again. "The ship will be here soon." She said, grabbing her shirt.

Bellamy ran his hand down her arm till he reached her hand and he interlaced their fingers. "It's your decision, but there will always be people here to back you up." He assured her.

She turned and kissed him one last time. "I love you."

"I love you, too." He smiled as she got dressed and left to go get Madi and Clarke.

"Hey." Faye said softly, not wanting to wake Madi. "I'm not going." Faye sat next to Clarke as the girl sat up. "I'm needed here."

"If you're sure." Clarke nodded.

Faye left the tent as Clarke woke up Madi.

"I'm not going." Faye told Bellamy. "Change of heart." Faye shrugged away Bellamy's smile. "I'm gonna say goodbye to Madi."

"Okay." Bellamy placed his lips to her forehead before she walked off.

"Hey." Faye smiled. "You're gonna go with Clarke, okay? I need you to listen to her."

"Where are you going? Why won't you be with us?" Madi asked.

"There are just some things I have to take care of here." Faye assured her.

Before she knew it, she was on the ground, eyes closed and breathing steadily.

When Faye woke up, Niylah was standing over her.

"I'm sorry." She said, watching Faye stand up. "Octavia wanted to see Madi, alone."

"You don't understand."

Faye quickly took out Niylah and ran for the arena. She found Clarke and Bellamy and the three of them continued.

"Madi?" Clarke and Faye asked in unison as they were stopped by guards. "Madi!"

"Octavia, get away from here." Faye pushed the guards aside and ran into the arena.

"Faye, it's okay." Madi said. "I came to her."

Octavia cut her own hand. "Let them pass." She said to the guards holding back Clarke and Bellamy. "Now we bind ourselves in one blood. You are Wonkru."

They locked their hands and let their blood mix.

"What the hell are you doing?" Faye demanded.

"It's okay. She knows everything." Madi told the two women.

"I understand why you lied. You were just trying to protect her. But Madi no longer needs your protection. She has mine. I know what it's like to be the girl under the floor. You don't have to be afraid anymore." Octavia grabbed Madi's face, coating it in blood. "Your training begins tomorrow. Don't worry, your secret's safe with me."

"Let me see that hand." Clarke told Madi.

"I know you're mad, but I told her I don't want to be the Commander, and neither does Faye. I did it to keep you safe." Madi explained.

"That's our job." Faye said, scolding her. "And you just made it a whole lot harder."

"My sister never approved of human testing. I don't care how crazy it's become down here." Bellamy said, keeping his voice down so only the four at the table could hear.

"Desperation has a way of making the unimaginable a necessity." Clarke said.

"Still, if she weaponizes those things and sends them into the valley, then Echo, Raven, Murphy, Kane, your mom--" Bellamy said.

"Not just them. All of us." Monty said. "Unleashing an invasive species on the last arable land on Earth is a monumentally bad idea."

Bellamy sighed and pushed his hair back. "Even if Octavia does know, she won't listen to me. We need help." Bellamy caught sight of Indra across the room.

The other three turned and looked at her.

Bellamy stood up.

"Be diplomatic." Clarke told him.

"Yeah." Bellamy nodded.

"He was there when Pike shot her and killed 300 of her people." Monty pointed out.

"I'll go with him." Faye decided.

"Yeah. We'll relieve Harper." Monty said.

"Hey, we need to talk to Indra." Faye said, walking over to the other table. "Gon we." She ordered the other people.

The others looked Faye up and down before silently leaving as she told them.

"Real diplomatic." Bellamy said as they both sat across from Indra.

"Indra, would Cooper do something without my sister's approval?" Bellamy asked.

"Only if she got mine first, but since I don't know what the hell you're talking about, it's hard to say." Indra said.

"She brought back the worms." Faye said.

"She's breeding them, experimenting on defectors. One of them is still alive." Bellamy informed her as they watched her face shift.

"Why would she do that?"

"My guess--trying to find a way to keep them dormant long enough to deliver them in the next defection." Faye said.

"Good plan. Show me." Indra requested.
