₊˚ʚ ᗢ₊˚✧ ﾟ.

tomorrow it was your birthday. and it was ALL you were talking about. unfortunately, everyone was too busy talking to each other to listen to you. in fact, they were basically IGNORING you and purposely whispering into each others ears so you couldn't hear.

"um.. guys? what're you talking about?" you intervened, curious at what was so important that it meant leaving you out.

"NOTHING!" jiro, momo, kaminaria, kirishima, mina, deku, hagakure, tsu and uraraka blurted out. you took a step back in concern.

"okayy.. wanna hanging after school then?" you asked, crossing your fingers behind your back.

"NO!" everyone blurted out once again, this time it really hurt your feelings.

iida cleared his throat. "we mean no, there is a big test coming up and we should all be studying!"

"what test?" you questioned, so confused. "what's up with you guys?"

"there is nothing up! we just uhh, gotta work on some stuff." kaminari explained, showing you a thumbs up. "you should go find your boyfriend!"

"oh yeah! bakugou totally said he wanted to talk to you." kirishima told you, walking you to the door exiting the common area.

"about what?"

"i dunno! guess you're gonna have to find out, bye l/n!" kirishima exclaimed before shutting the door behind you.

well that was weird.. you thought. there was no point in going to find bakugou because he said to you earlier he had to do some 'shopping for his mum'. which was weird cause he never went shopping for her without being dragged by the ear. plus he had been 'busy' a lot recently, so it didn't surprise you.

and so you dragged your disappointed self to your dorm and put on some music, laying in bed. everyone was in the common room, and it was clear you weren't welcome, so the only emotion you felt was sadness. did i do something wrong? am i annoying to be around or something?

out of boredom, you fell asleep, not even excited about your birthday the next day since you assumed no one would care let alone even know it was your special day.

beep! beep! beep! your alarm went off and you sat up, yawning and rubbing your eyes. 8:30am. slowly getting out of bed, you brushed your hair and splashed your face, getting into a different outfit and making your way downstairs.

though when you entered the common area, you weren't prepared with what you were met with at all.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" everyone screamed, most of your friends throwing themselves at you with tight hugs, you fell on the floor with them laughing.

you quickly sat up, examining the room. "what the?" you looked around and saw a long hand drawn poster hanging from the ceiling that read 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY Y/N!' there were balloons, decorations, pictures of you from every year from when you were 1 to now, your entire class including a tired mr aizawa, it was amazing.

kirishima helped you up. "we're sorry we shut you out yesterday, but it was our last day to get all this done for you! we wanted to do something special for your special day, y/n. happy birthday!" you almost teared up. now everything made sense.

"happy birthday, dumbass." you heard a deep voice speak in your ear, strong arms wrapping around your waist from behind you. bakugou showered your cheeks with kisses. "i wasn't busy shopping for the old hag yesterday, i was getting shitty stuff for your surprise party. same with all the other days i was 'busy'."
