Dear Lovers, Boyfriends is inspired by Heartstopper. Boyfriends is one of a special story in Heartful Academy Series, because aside from inspired in Heartstopper, some scenes are also based on my experience not just a student but also a person.
In this story you will know me more, like how I discover my true self and my sexuality, how I manage it and how I kept it hidden for a long time. Maybe this is the right time to write my own story. I will share you how colorful my world is, with some characters that inspired to my friends and family.
It also feels like sinusulat ko lang ang love story na gusto ko mangyari sa akin while being delusional na si Kit Connor ang boyfriend hehe, delulu lang.
Sa totoo lang I never expect this story, I never expect na makagawa ako ulit ng bl, akala ko hindi ko na masusundan ang Make You Mine. Biglaan kasi ang pagsulat ko nito, wala pang maayos na outline at hindi ko pa masyado kilala mga characters ko.
It happens na while listening to August ni Inang Taylor, bigla ko nalang narinig ang boses ni Christian sa isip ko, parang he spoke what he feels. Grabe talaga ang power ni Inang.
I put a perfect soundtrack on every chapters including songs from Taylor Swift's albums especially Lover, and of course songs from my favorite band Hollow Coves. Play it and just lower the volume for you to much feel the different emotions on this story. Enjoy reading!
