CHRISTIAN LAKE
IT'S a month of September and I'm still loving the beauty of this place. Goldenwoods, the village where I live. I can say that Goldenwoods is one of the best village in Hearts City. This place is full of love, from peaceful street, friendly and approachable people, wonderful view with bunch of colorful kind of flowers, and to simple vintage houses.
Everything is worth to love.
Just like this fresh air I breathe in while driving the bike. I even drive slow just to feel more alive and freely while brown autumn leaves passing me by.
Everytime I passed by this quite street I just want to stay in this moment forever, like repeatedly bike on this area. Pero hindi pwede dahil may pasok pa ako ngayon, and I'm gonna be late if tatambay pa ako dito.
Our village is not so far from Heartful Academy, the famous school where I studied and I was Grade 12 Arts & Design student there.
Nang marating ko ang napakalaking Heartful Academy ay tulad ng lagi kong nakikita sa labas ng campus, maraming students ang nagsasabayang pumasok sa entrance.
This school year of 2023 more than fifteen thousand of students ang enrolled sa HA, hindi ba kasali do'n ang mga college students sa kaharap na campus, ang Heartful Academy University.
I parked my bike dito sa napakalawak na parking area na nandito lang sa gilid sa labas ng HAU campus. After I parked it sumabay na ako sa ilang students na naglakad dito sa pedestrian line papuntang HA.
Habang naglalakad ay kinuha ko ang paborito kong libro sa loob ng bag ko. Naging matamis ang ngiti ko habang tinitignan ko ang libro. Libro lang siya para sa iba, pero para sa akin my life become even more brighter because of this.
I slowly kissed it's book cover. This is a graphic novel written by Alice Oseman. It titled Heartstopper. This is my all time favorite to read.
I slowly touch the faces of Nick and Charlie on a book cover. Naging delusional ulit ako. I keep imagining myself that what if I'm one of Heartstopper character, what if Alice put me on Heartstopper as Nick ex lover?
Oh gosh, nagiging delulu na naman ako. Wala naman sigurong masama, I just fancy Nick Nelson. He become my ideal boyfriend. I love the way understanding, caring, and sweet he is.
So sad that a green flag man only exist on a book. But I don't lose hope that someday I found a guy like him.
I slowly opened the book and kahit naglalakad ay patuloy pa rin ako sa pagbabasa, sanay na ako dito. Actually matagal ko na tapos basahin ang Heartstopper from Volume 1 to 5, but I keep on reading it all back again.
All people here ay nakatingin sa mga dinadaanan nila, while me keep on busy reading the Volume 1 of Heartstopper, I even smiled sa subrang kilig.
And then something happened. I accidently hit someone dito sa labas ng gate. Sa subrang lakas ng pagkabangga ko dito ay nahulog pa ang hawak kong libro. "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it..." I keep saying sorry habang umupo at pinulot ang libro.
