24 hours since summer break started
Monday - Monaco

"I think Max was at my apartment," I said to Charles as I hung up the phone call from my neighbor and entered the kitchen; Charles sat by his cooking island.

"Hm?" He looked up from his laptop; the Dutchman's name immediately gained his attention. Charles and I hadn't talked much the entire day; after we played the piano, I went back to my room. There were no more tears to cry, though. But yet, I needed the time alone.

"My neighbor Susan just called and said a brown-haired, fit-looking guy was looking for me."

"Did she ask his name?"

I shook my head, "No. But she will keep me up-to-date if he returns," I turned around to go back to my room. "Said that I was probably still in Belgium with you, but Max knows that isn't the case."

Charles nodded, "Pierre is coming over in half an hour," He informed me before I disappeared from his sight. "Does he know about the bet?"

I shrugged, "I wouldn't be surprised."

To be fair, I wouldn't be surprised if everyone knew by now. Just like how everyone got to know I was at the Red Bull floor in The Netherlands because, very conveniently, one of Max's engineers caught us.

Had this been one of his tricks as well?

"Have you told him? I know you two talk sometimes; you grew up with him, too... You're like a sister to him."

"I didn't tell him."

3 days since summer break started
Wednesday - Monaco

My phone had been blowing up for the past hour. And I found the reason why quite easily. The video was everywhere; every social media platform was full of it, and people kept reposting it.

"You put me on your Instagram?" I asked my brother, holding the phone towards his face as I entered the living room. "Oh, hi, Pierre."

I was surprised to see him here again; he had just been here two days ago. And Charles hadn't informed me this time about his arrival.

"Hello, Jas," The Frenchman smiled kindly. "How are you?"

I looked at my brother, raising my eyebrow while holding up my phone, "Has he seen it?" I knew I was ignoring Pierre's question, but I had something more important to focus myself on.
