Chapter 3

Y/N'S POV

Today, I was woken up by the sound of flowing water and next thing I know is, my bed floating in the middle of a lake. "WAIT WHAT?!!" I screamed in disbelief.

I found a branch on the left side of my bed and immediately took it. I straightened my body postures to wind my torso and immersed the end of the branch in the water and focus on pushing my branch against the water to make my way out of the lake.

Once I succeeded, I sighed in relief and try to figure out how did I get here. *gasp* "Did my family threw me here while I was dead asleep?" I dramatically said.

Without wasting anymore time, I decided to roam around this creepy forests. Of course, I am panicking about being here so I ran and ran and ran until I found myself in the flower fields. "Woww, I've never seen anything this beautiful before." I said, mouth wide open. I rub my eyes multiple times, still in disbelief of what I am seeing.

There's a lady.. not just a lady but a beautiful magnificent majestic lady standing in the center of the field. In order to see her face fully, I have to adjust my eye sight for clearer view. "Isn't that...?" she locked eyes with me and make her way to my direction. The sun rays glow ablaze through the lady's face which makes it harder for me to see her face.

Soon, she reaches out to me and tells me "Y/N, you're finally here. I've been waiting since forever." Huh? Am I in heaven right now? I've so many questions in my head regarding this. While I was trying to process what's happening here, the lady suddenly kissed me on my lips which caught me off guard. That's my first kiss. I stood here dumbfoundedly.

"I love you, Y/N." she expressed.

"Who are you and where am I?" I asked in curiosity.

"I am -"

"Y/N" "Y/N!!" "wake up sweetie, I made you breakfast."

I slightly open my eyes and saw the face of a woman I love the most in this world, my mother. I woke up and smiled at her. I haven't seen her since yesterday and I missed her.

"Good morning ,mom." I greeted cheerfully.

"Good morning ,sweetheart." She smiled at me and pat my head.

"Mom, aren't you working today?"

"I took a day off, now go get ready and eat your breakfast before the food gets cold." She stated and about to leave the room. But before she could leave, she spoke again " I'll send you to your college today."

"Aye aye captain." I saluted her. She shooked her head smiling as she walked away.

Did I ever mentioned about me having low iron deficiency? Yup, so I woke up from my bed slowly and make my way to my bathroom. I started to do my morning routines and while doing so I remembered something. "Heck, that was just a dream." "BUT WITH MISS JENNIFER?!!" I screamed in realization.

"AND HOLY MOTHER OF SWEET GOD SHE KISSED ME THERE. HOW AM I GONNA LOOK AT HER THE SAME? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KEEP MY COOL WHEN I'M NEAR HE-"

"Y/N, what's going on there?!" I heard my mom yelled from downstairs.

"Nothing to worry about mom!!" I yelled back to convince her that I'm okay. But really I'm not because I have English lessons today. Fawking dreams ,now that's all I can be thinking of for the rest of the day.

I walked my way in to my college gate. Yes right, I didn't want my mom to send me to the main entrance because I want to stay low key. By that, people will not easily use me nor take advantage of me. Even so, I don't let people in my life that often and easily because humans nowadays can't really be trusted.

I'm known as an introvert or the quiet girl in this University and most people here knows me by my face and my names only. Meanwhile , Kazuha is quite the opposite of me. She's an extrovert and would greet or talk to everyone she sees in this hallway. However, she's the only person who knows me personally because she's my only best friend and someone I trust. I share most of my worries, problems or even secrets to her and vice versa.

Speaking of Zuha, I haven't seen any sights of her. Hmm, probably flirting with some girls especially the girl named Sakura who caught her attention lately. "Tsk, Nakamura Kazuha." I sighed while shaking my head as I remember how my best friend's flirty attitude is.

As I was walking through the hallway to my locker, I saw someone struggling to open the door knob to the office while holding tons of books. I immediately went to her direction to lend a hand of help. Not until I'm realizing who it was, Miss Jennifer. I tried to ignore her but that would be rude. I heaved a sigh and slapped my face to put myself together.

With that being said, I immediately went to Miss Jen and lend a hand of help. "Do you need any help, miss?" I asked politely. She looked up to my direction and smiled softly 'Oh my days, this is end of m-' Nope Y/N, put yourself together, you stupid.

"Oh hey Y/N, it's fine, I can manage it my...self." she tried to convince me until some of the books fell.

"Yup, you do need help Miss Jen." I picked up the books that fell on the ground and took some from her hands as well. I gave her a smile and opened the office door for her.

She placed the books on the table and so do I. I looked around her room and saw a collection of Harry Potter books and merchandise. I'm assuming she's a Potterhead.

"Are you perhaps a Potterhead, Y/N?" She spoke which startled me a little.

"U-uh, you can say that i guess." I answered while scratching my non-itchy nape.

"You can borrow them if you want," she kindly offered, granting me permission to borrow her books. I couldn't help but smile, and that simple exchange triggered something unexpected.

In that moment, our eyes locked, and I found myself completely captivated by her hazel brown eyes. Up close, she was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Her skin was flawless, her eyebrows perfectly shaped, and her nose had a charming little mole. Her lips were... well, I couldn't help but think they looked incredibly kissable. I mentally scolded myself, shaking off the dreamy thoughts. 'Y/N, get a grip. This is reality,' I scolded myself internally.

"Umm Y/N? are you okay?" I was brought out of my trance by her voice.

"I'm alright, Miss. I'll make my way out right now. I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I bowed to her and took my leave.

'Gosh, Y/N. How could you be embarrassing yourself in front of your crus- ,no ,lecturer LECTURER. Keep that in mind Y/N and put yourself together. ' I stressedly muttered under my breath.

I then went to my first class of the day and sit on our designated seat.
