《Chapter 11》

Sumire POV:

The team saw so many people watching once they arrived on the field. Of course, all of those people were cheering for their school, Nosei Junior High.

"There are so many people watching! So the Football Frontier is really starting! I'm fired up!"

Endou is hyped up as he sees the large crowd.

"For the sake of the people who came to
cheer for us, we have to do our best!"

Endou yells

"Say, aren't they all cheering for Nosei Junior High?"

"Why would a weak team like us have a cheering squad?"

Kazemaru and Someoka comments.

"We do! Look!"

Endou points at three kids who are indeed cheering for them.

"Raimon Junior High, do your best!"

Kabeyama blanches as he sees his brother apart of their so called 'cheering squad.

"S-Saku?" he stutters.

"Nii-chan, I've come to support you! That's my brother!"

"The team who defeated Teikoku!"

"Your brother is really great!"

"Yeah! Do you best, Nii-chan!"

Kabeyama becomes more and more frightened as the kids continue to yell.

"I-I need to go to the toilet"

He says, wanting to get away.

"The match is starting soon!"

Endou and the others got a hold of him before he escaped.

"Will they be alright?"

I couldn't help but sigh, sitting down on the bench, leaning my cane next to me.

"It's finally the Football Frontier's first preliminary district match. The match between Raimon Junior High and Nosei Junior High is about to begin."

Kakuma Keita announces.

"Now then, it's Raimon Junior High's ball kickoff!"

Nosei Junior High's coach releases something that sounds like a battle cry and their team's captain dashes.

"Tazan-sensei said that if we win the match, we'll get to eat as many snacks as we want! Everyone, let's do it!"

He says as he flaps his arms like a bird. The rest of Nosei's players make animal-like sounds of agreement.

"In this jungle like field, how will Raimon Junior High play?"

Kazemaru passes the ball to Someoka.

"Let's see what Nosei Junior High's made of!"

He kicks the ball high up in the air as he calls out to Gouenji

"Gouenji is in position for Fire Tornado! Nosei Junior High's captain, Torii, jumped as well!"

Gouenji is shocked when Torii is able to jump so high and stop him from using Fire Tornado.

I almost forgot how high their jumps are

"I won't lose when it comes to height cluck!"

He states and kicks the ball towards Suizenji.

Handa is shocked by Suizenji's speed as he gets past him.

"That's it! Suizenji's high-speed dribbling! It's truly the speed of a wild cheetah!"
Suizenji dodged Raimon's defenders easily.
