One day later.
Pramod was sleeping till 11am. Because last night he was with his friends as he threw the bachelor party. He slept too late.
Madhur ran inside his room to inform him something very important.
He rushed in and jumped on his back.
Pramod - aaah.... Meri kamar!!!
Madhur - bhai.. Jaldi utho...
Pramod turned and slapped him for jumping upon his back so hard.
Madhur - bhai!! Mughe baad me marna... Vo.. Kusum aunty ka call aaya hai... Bhabhi ko... Vo.. Bhabhi...
Pramod got up on the bed immediately.
Pramod - kya hua Susheela ko?
Madhur - vo aunty be bataya.. Bhabhi ko bhot fever hai... Aunty aapse baat bhi nahi karna chahti thi...
Pramod - when?
Madhur - abhi 1 ghante pehle hi call aaya tha..
Pramod - stupid! Itna late kyo jagaya mughe!
Madhur - vo dad mai maasi ke sath tha na isliye nahi bata paya..
Pramod got up from the bed and gets into the washroom.
He came out with in 15 mins after a quick shower and then he grab the car keys and drove to the Chaturvedi house.
He went inside and find Dp coming out of Susheela's room.
Pramod - uncle.... Susheela.....
Dp - beta... Use kaafi bukhar hai.
He quickly went inside the room and find Susheela. She was laying on the bed and Siya was keeping the cold wet clothes on her forehead.
Siya walked out of room as she wanted to give them some space.
He came and sat next to Susheela.
She was unconscious.
Pramod - Susheela....
She didn't responded.
He kept his palm on her cheeks and find her temperature was high. She having a bad
Fever and it's there marriage today. How will she perform the rituals .
He instantly walked out of the room.
Pramod - uncle....
Dp - ha beta...
Pramod - Shaadi aaj nahi hogi.
Dp - lekin beta..
Pramod - uncle please... How will she sit in the mandapa? Just look at her face. She is completely unwell and I swear mai use kisi problem me nahi dalna chahta.....
Dp - beta ek baar to soch lo
Pramod - agar aaj Susheela theek nahi rahi... Aur use kuch bhi ho gaya...... To kya aap responsibility loge.... Then how could you let her to get up from the bed today?
Servant - sir... Doctor aae hai...
Pramod quickly went out towards the doctor.
He took the doctor to her room.
The doctor examined her told that it's just a viral infection. She will be alright.
Due to heavy dose of medicine Susheela remained unconscious.
Mohan, Jay and kunj came to the Chaturvedi house.
Mohan - Susheela ab theek nahi hai...
Kusum - aaj to kaafi zyada bukhar hai ise... Thoda aaram lag jaega Shaam tak...
Madhur - agar bhabhi theek nahi hongi... To kya aaj.... Shaadi cancel ho jaegi?
.....
In the evening.
She woke up and find Pramod sitting next to her. She looked towards the wall clock and she gulped her saliva realizing that she missed the day on the bed.
There she begin to cry... It's 6pm and she ruined the entire plan.
Pramod - why are crying...?
She burst out with tears.
Pramod first helped her to get up and then she cried more.
Pramod - calm down..
Susheela - I'm sorry... I'm so sorry......
Pramod - it's aright... Stop it...
He wiped her tears.
Susheela - I'm sorry....
He hugged her first, trying to make her comfortable.
Susheela - sorry.....
She cried hard.
He rubbed her arms slightly trying his best to make her calm.
Pramod - don't cry now... I have cancelled everything...
Susheela - ca.. Cancel.... Kyo kiya?
Pramod - you are asking me. Why? Tum bed par se uth bhi nahi sakti... And you are expecting to get married today.
Susheela - aisa nahi hai... Mai theek hu.. M fine..
She took off the blanket and got up from the bed.
Susheela - dekho..
Pramod find her hands were shaking and her eyes were still red.
Susheela - mai theek hu... Kuch cancel karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai.... Hum aaj hi shaadi karenge...
Pramod - you can't do that today... Jab theek se chal bhi nahi sakti to mandap me kaise baithogi...
Susheela - to kisne kaha tha ki sab cancel karo... Mai... Mai theek hu... Hum aaj hi shaadi karenge... Meri wajah se kuch kharab na ho mai nahi chahti...
Pramod - aur tumhe kuch ho gaya to!!! Kya hoga aage socha hai..
Susheela - it's a minor fever... Mughe kuch nahi hua... Mughe aaj shaadi karni hai.. Matlab hum aah hi shaadi karenge.
He got up from the bed and held her shoulders makings sit on the bed.
Pramod - you are not well enough to perform any ritual...
Suddenly Siya entered in the room.
Siya - di.... Aap please rest karo na...
Susheela - tughe bulaya maine yaha? Hum baat kar rahe hai na... Bahar ja aur Ander mat aana!!!
She shouted at Siya harshly taking out her frustration.
Siya went back, closing the door.
Pramod came on his knees to make her understand.
Pramod - hum aaj shaadi nahi kar sakte.... Tum is condition me nahi ho...and agar tumhe kuch ho gaya to?
Susheela - hamne shaadi ke liye ha kis liye ki thi?
Pramod - kyo bol rahi ho aise?
Susheela - answer me!
