'Students, please line up in a straight line,' Ms. Horris, the main chaperone told the three classes, Class One, Class Two, and Class Three of grade 12 also known as the Senior Year of Gotham Academy as they waited outside in the shade for the bus's arrival.

'Can't wait for this,' Marinette told Damian who was standing behind her.

'I think we can get on the bus now,' Lizzie said as they all went on to the bus. Marinette getting the seat next to the window, Chloe sitting in the middle and Lizzie sitting next to the aisle. Behind them, were Damian, with the window seat, Jon, in the middle and Marcus, with the aisle seat.

'It's not too far away, right?' Marinette asked as she got comfortable in her seat.

'Nope, not to my knowledge at least,' Chloe answered, also getting comfortable.

'I have a question, what is your ideal partner?' Marinette asked.

'The person sitting behind me,' Chloe answered with a smile.

'Lizzie, what about you?' Marinette asked with a cunning smile.

'I think I'm straight, so male, taller than me, someone that can match my interests, like acting, singing, someone that I can constantly tease and will tease me back,' Lizzie explained her ideal type.

'That sounds like Marcus,' Marinette whispered with a sly smile.

'Maybe, maybe not,' Lizzie replied, keeping her voice as a whisper, so the boys sitting behind them can't hear.

'Are you admitting that you like him?' Chloe asked in a very surprised, but hushed tone.

'Maybe, maybe not,' Lizzie answered, rearranging her face to not reveal any of her emotions inside.

'Mysterious, I see,' Chloe said, stroking her chin slightly as she tried to understand Lizzie's feelings, but failing.

'Marinette, what's your ideal type?' Lizzie asked, changing the subject.

'Umm, I don't really have one, I guess someone who's kind and nice,' Marinette said, trying to think of someone she liked that she didn't obsess over.

'Damian is not like that at all,' Lizzie whispered to Chloe so softly that Marinette didn't hear, she only saw the two girls expressions.

'I know right? She could've at least said someone who is cold to everyone except her,' Chloe whispered back, giving weird looks to Marinette.

'What are you two talking about?' Marinette said, leaning closer to try and hear, but the both of them stopped talking.

'Nothing, we were just discussing about your ideal partner and how boring it is,' Chloe said, keeping a straight face.

'Alya, are you excited? I might not do as well with sports because of my hand, so you might want to find other teammates,' Lila said, putting on a regretful look.

'No, I will never betray you like that, I'm sure you'll be great, plus I will always be with you,' Alya said, grabbing Lila's hand as a sign of their friendship.

'You're so sweet, I don't deserve to be treated like this,' Lila said with her sugary-sweet smile plastered on her face, not a fragment of sincerity hidden behind her fake smile which takes a bit of reality to tell is fake.

'Of course, you're so nice, you deserve everything,' Alya said with an encouraging smile, so real, but so fake at the same time.

'Oh I really don't deserve a friend as good as you.' Lila said, pretending to be very grateful for Alya, the same fake smile taking centre stage, letting her keep on that act.
