/Alexis/

"What?" I asked.

"How'd you do that?" Lucy asked.

"Do what?" I was genuinely confused.

"Fast...ball...movement..." Maddie told me, waving her hands in the air frantically to demonstrate.

"Agility. I get it now," Trevor mused.
"Super speed?" Tanya said.
Bru nodded.

"From what I just understood, in order to initiate his agility, he had to see the world in a different perspective, slower. Then he becomes unnaturally fast though, to him things are normal, right Alexis?" he said.

"Yeah," I answered, "It's pretty cool. But I have a question. Can I see the world in a faster perspective so at a normal pace I'm like, slower?"

"Yes, probably. But that'll be very difficult to learn and master. Plus, it's in total contrast to the whole concept of agility and it's not very useful to be slower than an attacker in combat, for example."

"True."

Suddenly, David snapped his fingers.

A small, square white table appeared in front of us.
David clapped twice.

Columns of matches appeared on the table.
He called Trevor to step in front of the table.

I thought this was all interesting.

"Light them," David instructed.
"Okayy...just hand me the match box," Trev said.
I couldn't tell if he was being genuinely funny or not. You can't tell with Trevor.

David shook his head.
Bru chuckled.

"Light the matches without the box," Chang said.
"How's that even...I can't control fire myself. The farthest I've gone is just...hot, red hands and deflated balls."

He reached out and picked up a match stick.
He blew the top of the match.

Everybody started laughing.
David smirked, which just meant Trevor was a clown.

Trevor ignored us.
"Maybe...I need to change my perspective or something."

He glanced at me and then at David.
He turned back to the table and sighed, nervous.

Trevor closed his eyes and breathed out.

"Trevor, can you just act serious for once?" Maddie chided.

Trev opened his eyes and turned to her.
"What do you mean act serious? This is the most serious I've been in days. You think this is easy...or normal?"

"We're all in the same shoes, Trevor," Maddie replied.

"If we are, then you should understand instead of chastising me."

"I'm not–" Maddie started.
"Trev?" Tanya said, pointing at Trevor's face.

We looked at him. His eyes were turning red.
Smoke rose up from his hands.

Suddenly, the match stick in his hand ignited.

He threw it on the table quickly, causing every other match to light up.

Everybody moved away from the table quickly.
Trevor immediately calmed down, his eyes returned back to normal.

He swooned and fell to his knees.

Everybody rushed to him. Bru told him to sit on the floor and told us to give him some space.

"He used up so much magic," Chang explained.
After a while, Trevor managed to stand. Though, he looked weak.
