"We missed you so much, Kaela!" Atty Leni, Aika and Jill were waiting at the arrival hall for the family.

"Welcome home, apo." Atty Leni gave her granddaughter a hug.

"Apo...I know! That means grandchild, right Lola?" Kaela had picked up a few words from Tricia and Jayden on the way.

"That's right, Kaela. Come on, I made lots of nice food at home!" Atty Leni was smitten with her granddaughter already.

"Mummy, Daddy, let's go!" Kaela beckoned as she held Atty Leni's hand.

"Mummy...Daddy...I think I'm emotional." Jill swooned.

"Why are you emotional, bunso?" Aika stared at her sister.

"I know right?" Tricia agreed.

"Ate Gaile passed us her spare child seat." Aika pulled out the contraption from the trunk.

"Let's get you strapped in, precious." Tricia lifted Kaela into the seat and buckled her in safely.

"Mummy, can I sit beside Tita Aika and Tita Jill?" Kaela looked at her aunts.

"Of course you can." Tricia smiled.

"Titas, I brought you something from Malaysia!" Kaela pulled out a handful of candies from her pocket.

"Awww, aren't you such a sweetheart..." Jill and Aika's heart melted at the small gift.

"I have some for you too, Lola!" Kaela reached forward to hand Atty Leni her share.

"Thank you so much, Apo..." Atty Leni immediately ate one.

"You're not having any yourself?" Aika wondered.

"I had a smoothie earlier on. Mummy said I can't have too much sugar or I won't sleep tonight. And Daddy will be in trouble with Mummy if I can't sleep." Kaela remembered Tricia's warning to Jayden.

"Someone's a Daddy's girl...Ate Trish, you lost." Jill teased Tricia.

"Anak, are you a Daddy's girl already?" Tricia turned to Kaela.

"I'm a Daddy's girl, Mummy's girl, Lola's girl and Tita's girl! Kaela is everyone's!" Kaela definitely took after Tricia's gift of the gab.

"Kaela!" Lola Agnes was already waiting outside as Jayden pulled up with the Robredos and Kaela.

"Hello, great grandma!" Kaela ran into the elderly lady's arms.

"Hello, my great granddaughter. I can't believe I have a great granddaughter as lovely as you!" Lola Agnes gave Kaela a kiss on the cheek.

"Kaela, we learned how to greet Lola earlier, didn't we?" Tricia reminded Kaela about the act of respect. Respect was something Jayden and Tricia were firm about.

"Right...sorry great grandma!" Kaela held Lola's hand and brought it to her forehead just as Tricia and Jayden taught her.

"No need to day sorry. You can get used to it slowly. You must be hungry after traveling, I made some bread for everyone!" Lola ushered everyone into the house.

"Can I have this one please?" Kaela pointed to one of the freshly baked bread.

"Of course. You can have any bread you like." Lola Agnes handed Kaela her pick.

"Lola, which one do you want?" Instead of biting into her bread, Kaela looked at Lola Agnes.

"Mummy and Daddy said that elders have to eat first before I can eat." Kaela explained upon seeing Lola's confused expression.
