So before I truly begin I wanted to get a few things out of the way.
1. While this is a MHA/BNHA AU, I will be changing a lot of things and I will provide explanations as needed. If I have left out an explanation this may be for plot purposes or that I forgot and I apologize in the case that I do forget.
2. If you've read Death and Her Rabbit then this story will be very familiar to you. I had stopped that story due to mixing up a lot of the plot and going in directions that were a bit confusing. This is going to be similar with a few changes such as Himiko Toga being the main ship. I will be rewriting Rumi Usagiyama's version after this one.
3. Quirks have Auxiliary Abilities and Evolutions/Awakening. Auxiliary Abilities are additional effects or aspects of a Quirk while Evolutions and Awakenings are direct upgrades of a Quirk and any Auxiliary Abilities. (Example below)
Quirk - Siren: Allows user to control the actions of all who hear their voice
Auxiliary Ability 1 - Voice Modulation: Allows the user to change the pitch and tone of their voice in order to mimic other voices
Quirk - Cry of The Banshee: (Siren Evolution) Allows the user to control the actions and thoughts of all who hear their voice
Auxiliary Ability 1 - Vocal Control: (Vocal Modulation Evolution) Allows the user to control the pitch, tone, volume, and depth of their voice to mimic other voices
Auxiliary Ability 2 - Echo: (Awakened after Evolution) Allows the user to bounce sound made via their quirk off of walls to reach a greater distance
4. Heroes will now be ranked into four categories based on their license and placement:
International - Heroes who have a license to act with their own discretion in any country
National - Heroes with a license to act anywhere within their own country usually within the top 10 of their own respective country's hero rankings
District - Heroes who own agencies or work at an agency and can act within certain limitations around their assigned areas, they require permission in order to work in an area not within their jurisdiction
Free/Provisional - Heroes who do not fall under an agency, own an agency, or have obtained a Provisional license. They take on jobs from agencies and are often recruited to agencies for work or to become District Rank
