Today,i wanna tell my Girlfriend,Y/N that i have a heart cancer,All this time I didn't want to tell her cause i don't want her to cry,but now i need to tell her cause it became more dangerous,and I'm afraid i will die and leave her alone.

Gf: Oh my baby is calling,why?
Me: can we meet?
Gf: sure,but why do you sound sad? Is there something wrong?
Me: No... It's just that i miss you so much
Gf: awh...i miss you too , let's meet then I can't wait to meet you
Me: okay at the park where we first met okay?
Gf: you got that,see you byee love you
Me: i...love you..too

I wait for her while drinking mineral water, cause doctor told me to drink a lot like a lot lot of water.
"Jagiyaaaaaa," I heard her voice, My smile became wide.
She hugs me then i hugged her back.
"So....what do you want to say to me?" She said
"Babe," i said to her while looking at her beautiful eyes.
"Yeah?" She asked back
"If i tell you this one thing you should know,can you.... please..... don't cry?" I held her hand.
"Babe... why would i cry? What is it?" She said to me
"I....have a....................."
"You have a what?" She said to me holding my hand tight
"I have a ..... Heart cancer,"
"W-what?" She wad about to cry,i saw her tears streaming down
"Babe i told you don't cry," I feel like my heart was stabbed.
"Yedam please don't play with me,"
'i can't talk I don't know why' i suddenly lay down
"BABE!!" She screamed
"The doctor told me i have still a week to live,but i think today is the day i will leave you forever," I said to her while her hands were on my face.
"No....no...please... don't leave me....LEE YEDAMMMMM,NO.....please wake up..wake up...WAKE UP YEDAM!!!" She screamed i then smile at her and i think my eyes will close forever.
The last thing i heard
"LEE YEDAM I WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU NO MATTER WHAT LIFE DO TO ME,I HOPE WE WILL MEET AGAIN IN THE NEXT LIFE," She said to me crying and sobbing
"Find other man while i am gone okay? I don't want you to be alone," then i close my eyes forever.

-Y/N's POV-
It's been 3 years since Yedam,My boyfriend is dead.
I've been trying to keep myself busy cause I don't want to cry again.
"Umm Hello....Are you the CEO of (name of company)?" A man said to me,i look to see the man talking--
"Yedam?" I was surprised to see Yedam
"Yedam? Sorry miss My name is Midam," he said to me, Midam? He look so alike Yedam
"Umm yeah i am the CEO," I smiled at Yedam-- i mean Midam
"Oh then,i am the person who will be your secretary," He smiled
"Oh Yeda-- Midam.. okay then," i smiled at him
'I really feel like Midam is Yedam,but My boyfriend has already died 3 years ago...Maybe this is the new him,well i need to see,'
