I remained silent for a few moments, analyzing his words. I think I understand what he means, and it makes sense. His simple sentence helps me a bit to better accept the idea of forgetting Hyunjin.
S : You've never been in a relationship and you're saying stuff like this. Are you a psychologist or something?
He laughed cheerfully, earning a wide smile from me.
HJ : Stop it, maybe I'm talking nonsense.
S : Doesn't matter, your sentence made me feel better.
HJ : Glad I could help then - he said with a smile.
S : Should we watch another movie??
HJ : It's already midnight dude.
S : Yeah but tomorrow is Saturday.
HJ : Okay!

S : Guys, I've truly decided to truly forget Hyunjin!
E : That's a lot of "truly."
BG : It must be true then.
Eric, Beomgyu and I were having lunch at the university cafeteria.
S : Yeah, I'm not gonna let myself suffer for a guy any longer.
BG : Well said.
S : But guys, I'm seriously craving affection and physical contact.
E : Craving some ass you mean.
I laughed at his remark accompanied by Beomgyu.
E : Dude, it's simple. Just pick someone in the cafeteria and talk to them.
S : Oh, sure, super simple - I sarcastically said. And what do I say? "Do you have pepper?" and then I kiss her?
The guys burst into laughter.
BG : Damn, that's good! - he said, still laughing.
E : Dude, choose someone and go for it! We only live once damn it.
I turned my head and scanned all the people around us.
S : That girl's cute. And she looks nice.
BG : We believe in you.
I stood up, far from confident but pretending to be for the sake of making the guys laugh.
BG : Seriously, is he really going?
E : Wow, honestly even I wouldn't do it - he said laughing.
BG : Oh shit, she passed him the pepper.
E : Damn, do you think he's gonna kiss her?
BG : No it's ok, but they're laughing.
E : Well, he seems to be handling it well. It's like those popular guys in dramas.
BG : He's coming back!
I returned from my expedition and sat back at our table under the silent gaze of my two friends.
S : Well, I got the pepper - I said laughing nervously, placing the pepper shaker on my tray.
BG : What did you guys say?? You laughed and everything!
S : I asked her "Do you please have pepper?" so she passed it to me and I said "What about a phone number?" so she laughed but said she has a boyfriend, so I laughed with her but I was so fucking embarrassed because of your damn shitty idea.
The guys burst into laughter openly mocking me. I laughed with them to ease my embarrassment.
E : Damn genious, you're really something! I never thought you'd have the balls to do that!
BG : Honestly San, even if it didn't work out, respect!
S : Now we have two pepper shakers...
We finished eating and headed to our afternoon class. You know, the boring one from last time about the history of music. Yeah... again.
BG : The four hours of dance this morning killed me, I think I'm gonna take a nap.
E : Treat yourself, you won't miss anything.
I listened to the class halfway, there are still some interesting things. At times, I space out only to refocus a few minutes later.
But someone stole the little attention I had. It's Wooyoung, he just sent me a message.
