Hunter hugged you and whispered into your ear "I promise you; we'll get back to them" you can feel his hot breath close to your ear.
"Thanks" you buried your head into his shoulder
A faint blush and smile came on Hunter's face "Let's get back to cleaning"
After a while of collecting traps and throwing it into the trash, you both went back to the main area of the cottage to see how the rest was doing.
And they were doing great! The leaves and sticks were all gone, and Willow even added a few plants to make the cottage more vintage
"Wow, this is great!" Y/n smiled
Willow smiled and said "we tried our best"

Some months have passed by, and the portal was still in a work in progress, everyone started to change slightly, Hunter's hair started to grow long, Luz let her hair curly, Willow had her hair in two braids, Amity's purple hair started to fade a bit, and Gus.. he got a but taller
One night, Y/n was up for the night, they couldn't get themself to rest, she got up and went downstairs to have a drink of water.
meanwhile, Hunter was in the bathroom, he looked at himself in the mirror, he saw Philip's brother, Caleb. His pale skin and dead eyes stared back at Hunter, Hunter panicked the blinked for a second.
Then he saw his uncle, his angered expression scared Hunter to death, the traumatizing thoughts flew to his mind, then he fell back in horror, he desperately looked for some scissors, he started to cut his hair, he didn't care how stupid he'd look, as long as he didn't look like Belos or Caleb
Y/n was about to walk back upstairs, then saw the bathroom lights on, she opened the door to see Hunter in an awkward state "Uhm"
"Oh, uhm hey" He stuttered
"Need help?" You asked with a warm smiled creeping upon your face.
He said "Yes please..." He sat on the toilet as he handed Y/n the scissors to cut his hair.
Y/n grabbed the scissors and started to cut his hair "Why couldn't you cut your hair later? It's 2 am" they said with a light chuckle.
The blonde mumbled; his voice sounded like a whisper "Just needed a new cut, you know...?"
"Alright, do you your hair slightly long or short?"
"Short" He answered quickly, like a thunder bolt, he didn't want to look like Belos or Caleb.
Y/n nodded then continued to cut his hair, then asked "Do you want me to keep this part?" She had the little noodle strand between two of their fingers.
Hunter shook his head
You nodded then tilted his head, so she didn't make any kind of mistakes, Hunter looked up at her with his cheeks starting to heat up
After a while, you smiled and said "Andd I'm all done!"
The blonde got up and looked at himself in the mirror, he looked like someone he wanted to be, not a clone or anything like that, tears streamed down his cheeks then turned to Y/n and hugged them tightly.
"I made it look like shit didn't I?" Y/n asked, once she saw his tears.
"No no! I really love it! Thank you" He smiled
The blonde smiled brightly at Y/n, he leaned in and gave them a small peck on the cheek, making your face turn to a dark red color.
Hunter realized what he did "OH- Uhm sorry!" He rushed out of the room, covering his mouth with embarrassment, leaving you in the restroom.
"Oh, my titan" you said, in a hushed and lowered voice, your face starting to heat up, then a shadow was at the doorway, you turned to see Amity
She asked "What the hell happened to your face? you look like blood"
Y/n shook their head, making the blush disappear "It's nothing" putting your palm on your cheek where Hunter kissed you
"Ackk! Hunter kissed me!" Y/n cover her mouth from the sudden out burst
"Kissed you again!?" Amity jumped up with an excited smile.
Y/n put their hand on Amity's mouth "Shushhh!!"
Amity nodded with an eye roll.
You pulled you hand away, then Amity grabbed your shoulders and started to shake you back and forth "You both dating?!"
"Amity- No.. we are uh- not" You said between each shaked
Amity let go of you 'Oh sorry!"
You got up and said "No.. not yet"
"Ooooooo!!!"
"Shut up!! you gonna wake everyone" Y/n groaned
