Chapter 2: Throwing stupid tantrums

Mihir gagged at the soup, and even when Meera glared at him, he didn't relent...

Meera raised her hand to twist his ear, but seeing his condition she resisted..

Mihir smirked from inside but put up an innocent face outside..

He had full plans of annoying the hell out of his family, to entertain himself, he was not allowed to do anything except sleeping, even TV was shut down, he had no access to phone, most of the time they told him to sleep..so as a method to stop his boredom, he came up with this..

Meera glared at him:"Chup chap ye soup pi, you know this is for your own good.."

Mihir pouted and shook his head..wincing as his stitch hurt..

Madhav saw the dynamics and tapped his fingers..
Mihir looked at him with a smile:"Kya hua?"

Madhav:"Dada soup pi lo pls, mumma pitai karegi.."

Mihir shushed him and winked, knowing his mumma was not going to hit him, and Mihir thought that this was the only advantage of the two week torture...avoiding Meera's whacks..showing tantrums...seeing their angry faces, and then getting glared at, best way to get entertained..

But when Meera made him look at her, he gulped...Meera was glaring at him with so much anger..

Mihir winced dramatically and Meera's anger flew away..
She helped him adjust and Mihir smiled internally...

Madhav understood the act and looked at Jay and Anu...

Jay looked equally amused, while Anu rushed to help Mihir relax..

Madhav pitied his innocent mother and friend..

Jay stood up and sat beside Madhav, and whispered:"Kya lagta hai?"

Madhav:"Dada Bach jayenge"
Jay:"Naaa, thode time mein pitega.."

Madhav:"No chance, ye firse drame karenge.."

Jay:"Karne de, par aunty drame ke bich mein kaan kheechengi..aur soup pilayengi.."

Madhav challenged:"Toh bet lagate hain, Dada pite, toh main aapko 2000..nahi 4000 dunga, aur agar Dada bach Gaye, toh aap mujhe 4000 dena, deal?"

Jay shook his hand with Madhav:"Deal..."

Meera glared at the two, silencing them..

Meera turned back to Mihir..
Meera:"Abhi dukh Raha hai beta?"

Mihir:"Thoda sa, stomach ache hai, mujhse kuch khaya nahi jayega.."

Madhav smirked at Jay..

Meera:"Soup hi hai beta, pi Lena baccha.."

She looked so worried, that Mihir gave up..

He opened his mouth, and Meera smiled and fed him..

Madhav and Jay looked at each other with open mouth...

Jay whispered in shock:"Soup toh pi liya"
Madhav (in same tone):"But Bina maar khaaye..."

Jay:"Toh bet kaun jeeta?"

Madhav looked at Meera:"Mumma Jeet gayi..."

Jay smacked his forehead...

Mihir looked at the two in confusion, and Meera smirked at them...

They both were shocked to see her tricking them...

Anu saw it but didn't understand the dynamics, he simply sat beside Mihir and side hugged him..

Mihir sighed and patted his head:"Kya hua tujhe? Sad hai?"

Anu:"I was so scared..."

His eyes filled up, but he wiped them furiously..
