Erica woke up to the loud ringing of her phone. Reaching over to the bedside table, she grabbed her phone, sat up, ran a hand through her long brunette hair and looked at the caller id, which read Mom 🐻

Erica laid back down as she answered the phone. "Hello?"

"Good morning honey. I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you. How did the chaperoning with Daniel go last night?" Priscilla asked on the other line.

Erica sat up against the headboard as she ran a hand through her long brunette hair. "It was good. His daughter, Sam, hung around with her friends. Counselor Blatt seems to still carry a torch for Mr. LaRusso, but other than that, it was fun."

"How's Connor treating you? He's treating you with respect right? Even though he's a doctor, and I respect doctors, I'm still a pastor and I also know karate. You're still my little girl." Bobby said

Priscilla interjected, "Robert."

"What? Well, she is." Bobby said

Erica laughed as she got out of bed and walked to her dresser to find a pair of yoga pants to wear under her oversized teeshirt. Reassuring her overprotective father, she said, "Good morning to you too, daddy. It's okay. You don't have to worry. Connor is a gentleman I struck gold with him."

"We're so happy for you sweetheart. We would love to meet him. You should invite him over for dinner tonight." Priscilla said. "Your aunt Jenna, uncle Jimmy, and the boys will be joining us as well."

Erica got out of bed, and placed her brunette hair in a Pamela Anderson updo. "I'll give him a call and call you guys back."

"Okay sweetheart. We love you." Priscilla said. "We love you honey." Bobby said

"I love you both too." Erica said as she slipped on her yoga pants and tee shirt

After saying goodbye to her parents, she ended the call, and called Connor. "Good morning." Connor said as he answered Erica's call.

"Hey hon, how's your morning going?" Erica smiled

"It's rather slow and uneventful. How's your morning going? Are you enjoying your day off?" Connor asked

"It's going okay." Erica said as she sat down on the couch in her room. "I have to ask you something."

"Okay." Connor said

"So, my parents are having dinner tonight, and they invited you as they have been wanting to meet you. Would you like to come?" Erica asked, despite her nerves

"I would love to." Connor said.

"Alright then." Erica said. "I'll let them know."

"What time do I need to pick you up?" Connor asked
