With Part 2 of Honkai Impact 3rd just released today for the Chinese it's a great day to be a Honkai fan because we are now getting new stories and more lore of the verse and if Part 2 is as good as Part 1 while I don't think it would surpass it but I do think the story of Part 2 has potential too be good but otherwise great time to be a Honkai unless of course you're some of those people who don't like it for many reasons which I can probably understand however that's irrelevant because we are talking about the powerscaling side of things which is how strong would the characters in Part 2 be? And for those who need a recap the new characters so far are Senadina, Helia, Coralie, Dreamseeker, Sonque, and the Seven Arts aka Qishu now for today's topic of discussion we're going predicting how strong these characters will be as Part 2 progresses and see how they'll compare to the Part 1 cast so without further ado let's get started.
So right off the bat the characters should be really skilled because Helia is a A-Rank Valkyrie which is absolutely huge if you really think about it because A-Ranks are definitely stronger than the likes of B, C, and D Ranks, if we recall back in the beginning, way before she got to St. Freya, Kiana was already shown to battle on par with Mei who was just possessed by her Herrscher persona just after the Third Eruption, it's even stated by the Herrscher of Thunder's own admittance that Kiana did beat her twice.

Going by these words we can definitely get a grasp on how strong Kiana is, because this was her before she even got enrolled into St. Freya where she received years of training yet she was able to go toe to toe with a Herrscher beings who when empowered by Honkai Energy has the power of collapsing of the imaginary and real energy or more so, of the Imaginary Tree and Sea of Quanta, which are beyond the concepts of space and time.

Mind you this was a Kiana before her signature White Comet battlesuit so by the time she got into St. Freya she was much stronger as she, Mei, and Bronya were strong enough to battle and defeat the Herrscher of the Wind, Wendy. Mind you this all 3 of them way before the Fourth Eruption. Considering her status as a A-Rank Valkyrie I can see her being on par with the earlier Kiana, Mei, and Bronya and the same can be said for Coralie since she has been shown to be on equal footing with Helia. Now going a step further Kiana post Fourth Eruption has gotten much stronger, strong enough to the point where she destroyed a portal made by Otto using the 2nd Key which we know contains multiple universes going by these statements here.

Which are insane power levels and it shows just how much Kiana has improved since her first appearance and we know that Divine Key users, Stigmata users, S-Rank Valkyries, and Herrschers are a lot stronger than that so we can assume that as the 2nd Part Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie would definitely make it to that level of power however the biggest power gab is with Senadina who is the Herrscher of Finality on Mars which means she should definitely be comparable to the likes of Herrscher of Finality Kiana, Herrscher of Origin Mei, and Herrscher of Truth Bronya all of whom were powerful enough to battle against Deliverance Kevin who with the Herrscher of Finality's power is stronger than the Herrscher of Finality of the Previous Era which we know is the Herrscher of the End that he fought.

This would mean that Senadina and potentially the Seven Arts are as strong as Kiana, Mei, Bronya, and Kevin in their strongest forms, and the same can be said for Herrscher of Rebirth Seele and Fenghuang of Vicissitude Fu Hua since they both were able to defeat the links of Vita and Sa, with Sa being the strongest person on Venus with Vita being equally as powerful.
So now that we've gone over the scaling of the verse let's determine how strong the Part 2 characters are now and how strong they will be in the future. So Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie should be roughly the same tier as Kiana, Mei, and Bronya before the Fourth Eruption and in the future would likely be as strong as either S-Rank Valkyries or Herrscher levels. As for Senadina and the Seven Arts all of them are around Herrscher level and Finality level and if it's possible MAYBE they'll reach even higher than Finality level which I don't know if that's even possible but we shall see. Either way this shouldn't be surprising to most of you all because Honkai characters do tend that get stronger with each passing time I mean even Adam is definitely somewhere around Herrscher tier to potentially Finality tier after all he did defeat the Void Archives who is definitely on par with False God Otto who got his powers from the Will of Honkai which does make him somewhat close to Finality level though he is much weaker than Herrscher of Finality Kiana, Herrscher of Origin Mei, Herrscher of Truth Bronya, Herrscher of Rebirth Seele, Fenghuang of Vicissitude Fu Hua, and Deliverance Kevin. And who knows with time maybe Helia, Coralie, Dreamseeker, Sonque, and the Seven Arts could reach Finality level just like Senadina did.
