"Hey percy! Want to come pick strawberries with me," the girl looked up at her best friend.

"really? it's getting a bit late for that, don't you think," he laughs at the idea.

"We could make a strawberry cake afterwards. My mom always said i make a pretty mean cake," she laughs.

"Maybe tomorrow.. or something," he says with no intention of doing it the next day.

Y/n shrugs, "whatever, you're lame anyways."

Percy looks at her offended jokingly.

"Yeah you heard me," she huffs.

"Well i'll take my lame butt to my cabin," percy says, walking backward to his cabin.

"Yeah yeah.. i'll see you tomorrow," the girl waves at him, smiling.

He tries to hold in a smile and shake his head. "Mhm.."

"Good morning, percy," y/n smiles at him.

They were walking to the deck.

"Morning, sunshine," he smiles back at her.

"I picked some strawberries yesterday.. would've been better if you actually came but oh well," she hands him a bag that included a few strawberries.

"Oh, thanks! I promise, I'll come one day," he says.

"You should. You're missing out," she pressed her lips together, shrugging.

He nudged her and laughs. "I'm sure i am," he rolls his eyes slightly.

"Come on, I want to go do something," she tells him. "Do what," he asks, getting pulled up by her.

"I don't know, just anything," she says.
"Archery? Go to the arena.." percy starts listing things out.

"Yeah, let's go," she drags him to the activities area.

"Wait- you didn't even say which one," percy says quickly as he was getting dragged.

"Does it matter? I mean... I just want to spend some time with you," she says.

"Here," he tosses a bow to her and she catches it.

"Oh my god percy! We should make something at the arts and craft or whatever," she smiled at him.

"I guess.. I was about to go hang out with grover," he says. "He can come along," she smiles.

"Alright, we can go get him and do that," he says.

They walked around trying to find grover. They ended up finding him just coming out the restrooms.

"Grover!"

Y/n runs up to him.

"Hey y/n, percy," grover smiles.

"Sorry, i had to bring you in this," percy tells him.
