(With Spider-Man weakened, Batman is able to block his blows and slice him. The two engage in a test of strength and Batman drops the dagger, which Captain Marvel picks up and gets away from Spider-Man, who uses his last resort. He types the word "Kamen Rider" through his wrist device, and activates the Arachnid Rider suit before charging Batman and holding him up by the throat.)

(Kid Arachnid tries to stop him.)
Kid Arachnid: Not like this!
(Mega Man X then activates the Ultimate Armor and charges at Spider-Man with a Nova Strike, tackling him.)

(Captain Marvel charges up, but Ben transforms into Feedback, and comes in front of Captain Marvel, absorbing her attack, and sending it back at her.)

Ben 10 (Feedback): Nice try!
(Captain Marvel angrily dashes at Ben 10 and punches him, Mega Man X shoots Spider-Man with a Charged Shot. Kid Arachnid is tackled by Iron Patriot, and Reimu uses her Danmaku Ability, but Batman senses that and dodges each of her blasts. Ghost then decides to use another eyecon.)
EYE! BATCHIRIMINA! KAIGAN! MUSASHI! KETTOU! ZUBAKO! CHO KENGOU!
(Ghost changes his form and strikes Reimu Hakurei while Spider-Man punches X hard two times, only to be tackled and they crash into an alleyway below, creating a small crater. The two stand up and groan in pain.)
Spider-Man: How can you be against me on this?! He took Abel City!
(X feels the same headache he felt in Gensokyo.)
Spider-Man: Think about Alia, X! Kang has to pay!
X: (shakes out the pain) No, Peter. My rage won't bring Alia back... just like yours didn't bring Mary Jane.
(Meanwhile, Reimu and Ghost start a brief clash.)

Ghost: Why insist on following Peter?
Reimu: I'm not following anyone! (blasts Ghost) You've NEVER understood Gensokyo, and neither did Batman.
(They fight, and thanks to Batman's training, Daniel is prepared to bring Reimu down. Both are agile and spuer-humanly strong. Reimu has advantage with her Danmaku Abilities, but Ghost tilts the battle at his favor, causing Reimu to be scuttled.)
Ghost: Gensokyo needs to get with the times.
(Ghost is about to activate his finisher, but Batman throws at batarang at her leg.)
Batman: I'm tired of this, Reimu.
(Batman is then tackled by Iron Patriot as Kid Arachnid, who was being blasted by Norman, is helped up by Specter while Ben 10 knocks Captain Marvel out.)
Kid Arachnid: Batman knew they'd double-cross him. We have to move!
(Back to Spider-Man (Arachnid Rider), he is seen beating X, causing his Ultimate Armor to crack as he then grabs one of his arms and rips it off. His spider senses tingle, and he dodges a Saber Strike from Zero before kneeing him in the gut.)
Zero: (grunts) Who doesn't have any friends left now, Peter Parker?
Spider-Man: You distanced yourselves from me the moment you decided to oppose me!
(Suddenly Ben 10 (as Cannonbolt) descends from the skies and "crushes" Spider-Man, but is then lifted and thrown down, only to quickly get up.)
Ben 10 (Cannonbolt): Take your friend out of here, Zero.
(Zero nods and takes the injured X away from the battlefield.)
Spider-Man: (glares) This is all your fault, Ben. When you defected, I fell. You left me vulnerable to each of that PIECE OF SHIT NAMED JAMES JAMESON, HIS INSULTS, AND ABOVE ALL... (calms down) Kang. You shouldn't have lost your nerve!
(Ben changes from Cannonbolt to Rath.)
Rath: (stern) LET ME TELL YA SOMETHING, PETER PARKER! I "LOST MY NERVE" WHEN I DIDN'T STAND UP TO YOU WHEN I HAD A CHANCE! Luckily I was given a second one!
(Meanwhile, Iron Patriot slams Batman into the ground as the crash from above. As Norman is about to kill Bruce, a sound is heard again.)

Ghost: Go back to Oscorp, Norman! Stay here and you'll be persecuted!
(Norman starts feeling a headache as a faint yet familiar laughter is heard, but he shakes it off and faces back at Daniel.)
Iron Patriot: You'd have to capture me, Kamen Rider Ghost. And I've underestimated you for the last time!
(Sure, Iron Patriot has a somewhat advanced technology at his beck-and-call. But not even this can match the magical abilities from Ghost's Toucon Houdini Damashii. Ghost knocks Iron Patriot out.)
Ghost: All that knowledge... wasted.
(He then overhears Batman communicating with Kid Arachnid.)
Batman: Lead them to the cave.
(Batman calls the Batmobile and drives it to the cave. When he gets there, he gets out the armored suit to fight Spider-Man. Ghost goes to another area of the cave as he prepares to change forms again.)
