Run. Vasilyev. Run
You snapped out of your thoughts, looking at your injury.
It hurt. This was bad. Your injury was getting worse, your breaths becoming more erratic. You attempted to kick him, to which he blocked. No. This was really not good. He continued his series of blows, and you dodged them all; backing away while at it.
You took a step, another step, and another step back. Taking another step back, you stopped midway in your tracks. No wonder. It was weird. He was strong, yet he kept punching blows which was easy for you to dodge. You'd realise, he had driven you to a corner. Or rather, the edge of a cliff. You held your bleeding wound, grunting in pain.
Weird thing was, the man looked more and more confused as he fought.
If you dodged, you would fall down from this cliff. You couldn't attack or block him either. It was over. You were really going to die.
The man approached you, and you gulped down;trembling, you shut your eyes. Prepared to die. The man stared at you, before ripping his clothing off and quickly tying it.
You widened your eyes. Was this guy... Helping you stop the bleeding? Seriously? You groaned in pain, as he knelt down and tied it tightly around your stomach. Was he going to kill you after he helped stopped the bleeding? Perhaps, a psycho? Besides, he sacrificed his expensive clothing just for someone he was going to kill? What a weird fellow.
"What are you..."
Raising an eye brow, you flinched as he licked his hand that got your blood in it.
...
You deadpanned as he licked it. Did this guy want to get an infection? A sense of uneasiness dripped down your forehead as the guy looked up at you. You couldn't help but be amazed. His white hair looked unreal, under the soft lighting. His eyelashes were white as well, and his eyes were just black. They didn't have any shine in them, none at all.
Wait.
White hair, sunglasses, black eyes and expensive clothing?
You had conversations with the orb before, about the people related to Vasilyev. And the orb always prioritised one person. Ilya Morozov. If Vasilyev was known as a lunatic, Ilya was considered to be a demon. A monster. From what you've heard about him, he worked for as an agent from the organization in which Vasilyev's family gain their manpower. He never had an interest in Vasilyev, yet he might be the only person in this world with enough strength to actually kill the real Vasilyev. He also possessed incredible strength, and his social rank was lower than that of Vasilyev, though it didn't mean he was relatively close to being poor. No one knew the relationship Ilya and Vasilyev had, however it was rumored that Vasilyev gets sensitive whenever that guy was mentioned.
Ilya, a crazy nutjob who killed his parents at the age of fourteen to inherit their fortune. He was someone who even Vasilyev was creeped out of. Why was he in Korea anyway?
...
You raised an eyebrow, looking at him suspiciously. It couldn't be. Right?
"Could you be the agent sent by the crow corporation sent to protect me?.."
He looked at you, and nodded. Ah. Your suspicions were correct. He was the nearby agent, sent by the guy who informed you of the assassination. This bitch. Wasn't he supposed to help you? Instead, he worsened your situation.
You glared at him. Yet, you couldn't even ask him why he did the things he just did. You were scared of him. If he ever decided that he wanted to kill you, he could definitely do it. The amount of people that Vasilyev had killed, could be counted on ten fingers. Ilya's however, was basically uncountable.
".... Great. Why are you even here in Korea...."
You slowly grew dizzy, seeing two Ilyas in front of you.
You collapsed, falling asleep. The man with white hair quickly prevented you from falling from the cliff, lifting you up and slowly walking to your room while carrying you.
Today was the day he was supposed to kill Vasilyev. Yet something felt off. It didn't feel like he was killing Vasilyev.
M/n? He's never heard of a name like that. He's also never seen Vasilyev make such crude mistakes during a fight. Most importantly, Vasilyev always reeked of blood. Which he couldn't smell from you at all.
He looked at you, narrowing his eyes.
"....Who..are you?"

.You woke up later, wondering if everything was a dream. You tried to sit up but failed, and you groaned in pain from the stab wound. You looked down at it, and you were shocked to see that you had received professional treatment.
Looking around, you realised that you were inside the hospital.
You perked up as you heard familiar footsteps approaching. Daniel slid the hospital door open, bringing lots of fruits in his hand as he talked to the others. Seeing you, he dropped his packages and immediately hugged you, tears dripping down his face.
"M/n-! I thought you weren't going to wake up...-I was so worried..."
Your eyes widened as Daniel tightly tugged up on your shirt, hugging you tightly. You had to admit, you were surprised. You've never seen Daniel cry, for anyone other than his mother. Let alone, show this much concern for someone in the story.
You allowed yourself to be hugged, placing your hand at the back of his head and soothing him. Mira looked at you, her tears welling up.
".. Daniel? Why are you crying?"
"I'm not crying. I'm not."
Daniel sniffled, still not letting go of you. You chuckled, yet a sharp pain struck you in your stomach. Oh. It's going to be hard to laugh from now on.
Apparently, Daniel found you bleeding on your bed and called for the cops and ambulance. The cops came and immediately apprehended instructor Zeus, who they suspect was the cause of your injury.
Weird thing was, no one found any of the bodies of the men that came after you. Perhaps they woke up and ran away, or Ilya dragged them away. You shivered, thinking about that night again, and how you could've actually died then. Well, thanks to Ilya's interference, it seems like instructor Zeus was caught even before he tried to do anything bad to Mira. Which was a relief for you.
Daniel who was hugging you, soon realised that he might have overreacted. He flinched, getting back to his standing position with a smile on his face. You looked around, seeing all of the crying faces. You didn't understand why they were getting so emotional over you waking up.
"How long did I sleep anyways?"
"Two months." Mira replied.
"See? You guys shouldn't worry...... Wait WHAT?"
