Laney and Matilda enter back into Laney’s workshop.
Laney: Sorry there isn’t much else to see. Hopefully in the future I’ll get a bigger extension charm put upon my case, but what I have shall work for the time being!
Matilda: No, it's alright. Your case is amazing!
Laney nods, and climbs up the ladder, pushing the lid of her case.
It opens, and she climbs out. Matilda follows.
They’re in the Forbidden Forest, where they originally had been.
Laney latches her case shut and begins to leave. Matilda follows.
Laney: Remember, you mustn't tell anyone what you saw. Otherwise, I’ll get in trouble.
Matilda nods.
Matilda: I promise not to tell a living soul! Or a dead one.
Scarlett is lurking behind a tree, but comes out quickly, frightening the two girls.
Laney: Bloody Bowtruckles!
Scarlett: McGonagall needs to see you in her office Laney. It's urgent.
Laney’s a bit confused, but makes her way out of the forest, heading for McGonagall’s office.
Scarlett: Way to keep her occupied.
Matilda: Scarlett, I’m really not sure of this! I mean, I’ve began to become friends with her, and-
Scarlett: Remember what I said! Don’t fraternize with the enemy!
Matilda: But, what if she's not the enemy!
Scarlett: Are you claiming that I am?
Matilda: No! I’m just saying that-
Scarlett: Save it Matilda! I see whose side you’re on. Don’t think you’re getting off easy though.
Scarlett storms off, and out of the forest. Matilda stands alone.
The screen goes black.
