It's later that day. You spend the rest of your day with Bruce and Tony in the lab, hopping to help them as much as you can. It also helped you getting your mind occupied instead of thinking about the fact that you'll have to talk with Wanda sooner or later.
You're in the lab waiting for Jarvis to finish to decode something. Suddenly, you see the hologram screen turning green, not understanding what it means.
- J: I think I found something Mr Stark
- T: Put it on the screen
- Y/N: You're amazing Jarvis ! *looking at the ceiling
- T: You know that you don't need to look up to speak to him right ? *judgmental look
- Y/N: You don't need to judge, you know *judgmental look either
- B: Are we done ?
- T: Yeah thanks Bruce ! At least someone here is whiling to work *sarcastic smile to you
You don't pay attention to what he said and you look back at the screen.
- B: So, it seems that the chips are both linked to one another and can be controlled remotely. They also can be located so Hydra could know where you were all the time.
- Y/N: How do you explain that James heard voices in his head last night ..?
- T: When the chip is in, it connects to your brain, like a USB key would work on a computer.
- Y/N: Which means..? *intrigued look
- T: It means that it connects to your synapses and takes fully control of your brain conveying orders to it.
- Y/N: So we were like robots or something ??
- B: Exactly.. The chip allowed Pierce to take fully control of you and also helped him make sure you were not coming back to your true self until you needed to be reprogram again..
- Y/N: So, during a mission, he could reprogram us temporarily if we were taking control of our brain back ..?
- T: Yep, which explains the voices Bucky heard last night *walking around in the lab
- B: We need more time to analyze them. Maybe it'll help us find Pierce's location
- Y/N: Thanks guys.. really..
- T: No problem Kid *not looking at you

- T: Hum.. yeah we'll do *sarcastic smile
You leave the lab and go to the kitchen. You join everyone except Steve who is with Bucky.
- N: So, good news or bad news ?
- Y/N: We know how the chips work so it's a good start.
- C: Why don't you take some rest now Kid ? *smiles at you
- Y/N: Yeah I should.. Hum do you know where is Wanda ..? *looking everywhere
- N: In her room, hasn't move from there since this morning..
- Y/N: I should go talk to her.. see you later guys *smile sympathetically
- C: Kiss her goodnight for us Kid ! *laughs sightly
- Y/N: Yep, no I won't do that Robin Hood *looks at him while you're leaving
