Third person's pov!

"Hello, Mrs Bhadra Chawla. I am Viraj Parikh. I am a property dealer. We just talked on the phone." The man in his early thirties smiled at Bhadra.

"Oh yes yes. Please take a seat. Girls, get him coffee.." Bhadra said and Nidhi and Priya walked towards the kitchen.

Viraj couldn't help his eyes from following Nidhi's gorgeous and sexy form. He felt all blood rushing south at the mere sight of her.

He wanted her! One look and he knew it!

He again looked at the older woman, who was spreading some papers across the tea table.

'There is no option of cheating the lady out of this property..' He spoke to himself thoughtfully.

He had come with the intention of sweet talking the lady and then with his practised charm and tricks, get the property off her. He had been doing such business for a long time. But he hadn't expected to meet such a sexy girl here.

Now, his main target just became the girl, instead of the property.

"This property is near Pune. I want it sold immediately." Bhadra said.

"Sure, Mrs Chawla. I will handle it perfectly. Don't you worry.." Viraj said, with his practised smile intact on his face.

Nidhi and Priya returned to the living room with coffee and snacks.

Viraj found it hard to take his lusty eyes off Nidhi. Her beautiful curves and the impossibly small waist was attracting him like no other woman ever had.

"Wow! The coffee is perfect. I have never had such tasty coffee ever before. Not even in cafes." Viraj said, after taking a sip of the coffee.

Nidhi beamed at the compliment.

"The girls are great at cooking. It runs in their blood. They have a small catering business going on. It hasn't flourished well, since they are new here." Bhadra said.

"Oh! Don't worry about that. I have connections in the city. I can help out in marketing." Viraj jumped at the chance to stay in contact with the girls.

"Oh! That would be very lovely, Mr Parikh. But the marketing and all would be very expensive, right? At the moment, we are very tight on cash. If possible, could you please help me find a job? My sister is already taking tuition for kids apart from the catering work we do. It would be of great help if I can find a steady job with a steady salary." Nidhi spoke, without considering that she was talking to a total stranger.

Viraj smirked. A beautiful girl in need of money! Perfect combination. It would be very easy to have her, he decided with a gleeful smile.

"Don't worry, Ms Chawla. Property is not the only thing that I deal with. I have an employment agency too. Let me look into it. I will handle it." Viraj lied smoothly.

"Thank you so much, Sir. And it is not Ms Chawla. It is Ms Vyas. Parinidhi Vyas. You can call me Nidhi like everyone does. This is my sister Priyadarshini Vyas. We call her Priya. Bhadra Bua is our father's sister." Nidhi chirped, already getting friendly with the stranger.

With each passing second, Viraj's desire was growing. Her chirpy and bubbly nature was only adding to that desire.

He couldn't wait to bed her.

"Please message me your resume, Nidhi. I will get back to you soon." Viraj said and shared his phone number with Nidhi.

"I am a college drop out, Sir. I only did one year of the undergraduate course." Nidhi said and her usually cheerful face dimmed.

Priyadarshini was doing her final year accountancy course and Nidhi was doing her first year literature course when their father first collapsed due to very high blood pressure. Things fell apart quickly after that and the girls had to give up their university days. Priya was able to write the exams alone, without attending the remaining classes, but Nidhi had to give up her education. It was a painful decision she had to make for her family.

"Please call me Viraj. Don't worry. Just send your resumes. I will find something that suits you." Viraj said urgently, wanting to get her phone number.

"We haven't made any resumes. We will surely make one today and send it soon." Nidhi said and Viraj was disappointed. He wanted her number immediately.

"Okay, alright. I will get in touch soon. Let me look into the vacancies.." Viraj said and after a few minutes, he reluctantly left.

"Bhadra Bua, I will go to that cafe in the city with the sample sweets. The woman who owns the cafe had asked me to bring the samples today. I will go and see." Nidhi said.

"I will also come with you," Priya said, not wanting to send Nidhi alone. They are still new to the city.

"No, no. Your students will come now. Don't miss the classes. I will manage this.." Nidhi said and hurried out of the house with the sweet boxes in her hand.

Within half an hour, she reached the cafe and the unsmiling woman was tasting the sweets one by one.

Nidhi twisted her lips seeing the woman who had a scowl on her face from the very beginning.

Beggars can't be choosers, Nidhi, she told herself.

"Hmmm, they are alright. I will write a quotation and get in touch with you within two days. And leave the sweets here as samples. I will distribute them to the customers for free and they will buy it if they like it from the next day." The woman said.

"Okay.." Nidhi chirped with a beaming smile, for which she didn't get any responding smile.

"You may leave now." The woman said and Nidhi walked out of the cabin, cursing the woman under her breath.

The woman reminded her of Siddharth Singh Raichand. She shook her head to dispel the thoughts about him.

As Parinidhi stepped out of a quaint cafe, a rush of cool air greeted her, momentarily soothing the turmoil in her mind. Her father's illness and the financial problems were taking a toll on them. Lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice the figure approaching until it was too late.

"Watch where you are going!" A voice snapped, breaking through her reverie.

Parinidhi looked up to see Siddharth Singh Raichand standing before her, his expression a mixture of annoyance and disdain.
