Chapter 15: Hoppy HopScotch Vs Bobby BearHug: Emotion Of Fear
On the dueling field in the middle of two hiking trails, Hoppy and Bobby were on opposite sides of the field as PickyPiggy was watching outside of it. She was a bit confused about Bobby.
“She has been a bit strange recently in terms of dueling…” She said, “I wonder why… I guess I'll have to wait and see since these two are about to duel right now…”
Hoppy and Bobby both got their duel disks activated upon inserting their decks in them.
“Alright, Bobby, time for me to win another duel over your crappy cards!” Hoppy said,
“After this duel, you'll be the one with crappy cards.” Bobby said,
“Ooooh, sick burn right there!” PickyPiggy said,
Hoppy looked at PickyPiggy with a serious look. PickyPiggy tried to hold in her laughter.
“Whatever, let's get this over with.” Hoppy said,
PickyPiggy took a deep breath as she watches the duel starting up.
“DUEL!” Hoppy and Bobby both shouted,
Turn 1
Hoppy: 4000
Bobby: 4000
“Alright, Bobby, I'll let you go first!” Hoppy said,
“Wow, she made Bobby go first.” PickyPiggy said,
“...Gladly.” Bobby said as she looked at her 5 new cards, “Now, let's study the emotion of fear.”
“Huh?” Hoppy wondered,
“What?” PickyPiggy wondered, “Fear?”
Bobby showed a new card.
“I Normal Summon Scareclaw Reichheart in Attack Position!” She shouted as she summoned the card,
Scareclaw Reichheart was summoned in Attack Position with 1500 ATK Points.
“Wh-Where did you get that card?” Hoppy said, shocked,
“I'll explain later.” Bobby replied, “For now, I activate Reichheart's ability! When he's Summoned, I can add a Scareclaw Spell or Trap from my deck to my hand.”
Bobby adds the Spell Card, Scareclaw Defanging from her deck to her hand. Her deck is shuffled.
“This is different…” PickyPiggy said, shocked, “Bobby is now playing Scareclaws?”
“Now, bring out the circuit that leads to fear and mongering!” Bobby shouted,
A Link Circuit appeared.
“This monster requires either 1 Scareclaw monster or a specific monster, so I'm going to be using Scareclaw Reichheart as Link Material!” Bobby shouted as Scareclaw Reichheart was sent to the Link Circuit to activate the Left Arrow, “Link the circuit!”
A smaller version of Scareclaw Reichheart slowly appeared.
“I Link Summon, Link-1, Scareclaw Light-Heart!” Bobby shouted,
Scareclaw Light-Heart was Link Summoned in Attack Position with 500 ATK Points. Hoppy tried to hold her laughter.
“Wow, you really chibified that scary beast, huh?” She said,
