Chapter 118: Last Goodbyes Before The College Life
The aftermath of the explosion came clear up as CatNap and DogDay were both on the ground, flat and weakened. Both of their Life Points went down to 0, which made their final duel a draw. CatNap was coughing for fresh air as he slowly got up.
“Shit…” He said, “I guess that was overkill, huh?”
DogDay was heard coughing for fresh air as well.
“DogDay!” CatNap said as he went over to get DogDay up while the smoke from the explosion fully cleared, “Ahh crap…”
CatNap got DogDay up while DogDay groaned.
“Shit… I…” CatNap said, ashamed, “I’m sorry, DogDay, I… I wanted to end this duel like that, but–”
Then, DogDay started to laugh a bit, but not in an insane matter, rather a feel good matter.
“...D-DogDay, are… are you ok?” CatNap wondered, almost worried,
“Am I ok?” DogDay said with a smile on his face, “Of course I am, buddy! That was the best duel I could have ever asked from you!”
CatNap was surprised.
“Dead ass?” He wondered,
“...Dead ass.” DogDay replied,
CatNap and DogDay share a laugh. Then, the two heard their friends clapping for them after an amazing duel the six had watched.
“Oh, what a memorable duel!” CraftyCorn shouted with a tear of joy from one of her eyes, “Everything about it was just amazing!”
“You guys know how to put on a damn good show!” PickyPiggy said,
“And everything about it was also so damn random!” Hoppy shouted, “Like, shit!”
“Heh, thanks guys.” CatNap said,
CatNap was then hugged by DogDay.
“And thank you too, buddy.” DogDay said to CatNap, emotional from the two of them, “I couldn't have asked for a more memorable duel like this one.”
CatNap sniffed.
“Appreciate it, bro.” He said,
Suddenly, everyone else started to hug CatNap as well.
“G-Guys, not again!” He said, “I get emotional whenever you guys give me a group hug!”
Everyone else shared a laugh as they let CatNap go while chatting together with him and DogDay. They still have a lot of time left before they go their separate paths, in colleges, to be exact. So it's best that they all make it count.
Six days have gone by. CatNap and his father were done packing his father's car up for CatNap to move to Mongoose Miles University.
“That's everything.” CatNap's father said,
“Good.” CatNap said,
“...Is it just you?”
“My girlfriend, Baba, is going. Same for some of her friends.”
“Ok, that's nice.”
“CatNap!” A voice hollered at CatNap,
“Huh?” CatNap wondered,
