Chapter 95: Hoppy Hopscotch Vs Bobby BearHug II: Fixing Themselves, Part 2

Hoppy and Bobby meanwhile were at town square, but weren't there together. Hoppy showed up after Bobby and was surprised that they were both in town square. They were sitting on a bench together and weren't talking to each other until Hoppy decided to clear her throat.

“Surprised that we're both here.” She said,

“Yeah…” Bobby said in a saddened tone,

Hoppy was confused at Bobby's mood.

“You ok?” She asked her,

“Oh, uhhh…” Bobby said, almost confused,

“Look, if you need someone to talk to, I'm right here.”

Bobby sighed again.

“It's just… I don't know…” She said, “I feel like I'm lost in life… I don't even have a meaning to my goals now, as they're pretty much blank.”

“What kind of goals?” Hoppy wondered,

“...Ok, don't laugh or judge, but… I thought my goal was to… spread peace and love to all…”

“...Huh… I mean, it really sounds difficult with a lot of shit on your back.”

“And?”

“I feel like I'm no longer important to anyone… Not even to my own girlfriend…”

Hoppy was surprised.

“Woah, hey, don't say that.” She said, “I mean, what made you wanna say that?”

“With this friend group being a rollercoaster of emotions, with The Hour Of Joy, and now the whole double kidnappings that you, Kickin, CatNap and DogDay were a part of to uncover until the other half just happens to be part of it over you, Kickin, Bubba and Picky being kidnapped…” Bobby said, “It feels too much… That…”

Bobby slowly started to cry. Hoppy patted her back.

“Hey…” She said to Bobby, “You're ok… You're ok…”

Bobby sniffed.

“I'm sorry.” She said as she chuckled, “And it's been a very rough year…”

“Same here…” Hoppy said as she looked down, “I've been treating you all like hot garbage ever since that day… Same for Kickin…”

“But you two changed and went back to your old selves. And that's great, because we wanted you to return to your old selves. All before that horrible day that almost tore each other's relationships apart…”

Hoppy smiled.

“We've all been on the same boat.” She said, “But I can guarantee you this. Once everything is done… We can hopefully return to our normal lives, once college is around the corner as well.”

“Yeah…” Bobby said,

“By the way, do you think we'll go to the same college?”

“I… I really don't know, to be honest.”

“Yeah, that sums it up well since everything is a total mess right now.”

Bobby took a deep breath.

“I wanna focus on something else now.” She said, “Even though it felt tough yet good to just let out your unwanted emotions…”

“Same here.” Hoppy said, “But unlike myself, you're very fragile with your emotions.”
