Jude: "Ryyyy! You ready for your baby shower tomorrow?" Jude asked as I was strolling through the aisles of the hair store with my hairstylist looking for some braiding hair.
Me: "I ammmm! I just want it to be peaceful."
Jude: "Why wouldn't it be?" Jude asked with curiosity.
Me: "I invited Keith's family."
Jude: "And Quincy?"
Me: "He knows and he's most likely going to show. I told him to act like it's not his. Keith's family doesn't know and I'm gonna keep it that way."
Jude: "Wait, do your parents know they're coming?"
Me: "Ok, bye Jude!" She went to say something, but I ended the FaceTime.

"You good, Ryan?" Lia checked in.
"Yeah, just feeling a bit winded. Ready to get rid of this weight," I quipped, trying to lighten the mood.
We shared a laugh as I passed my credit card to the cashier.
"Ryan Destiny?" the cashier called out, and I couldn't decide whether to grin or feel jittery.
"Girl, I LOVED you in STAR and A Girl Like Grace. My name is Grace!"
"Awww that's so cool and I appreciate you. A Girl Like Grace was so long ago." I replied laughing.
"Can I ask you a question before you go?"
"Sure."
"How are you doing?" Grace asked with concern etched on her face.
"I'm doing great! Me and my baby are healthy, couldn't ask for more."
"Welll." She picked up her phone, turning it towards me and continued. "The shade room just posted that you had an affair with Quincy Brown and he's ya baby's daddy."
"WHAT?!?! Let me see that!" I yelled snatching her phone. I couldn't believe my eyes, someone outed me, but I had to play it cool.
"Ouuuuu girl! The whole WORLD has been wanting y'all to really be together. Y'all gonna have the prettiest baby!"
"It's not TRUE! Could you just MIND YOUR DAMN BUSINESS?! Lia can you grab our shit and let's get outta here."
"Oop! Bitch." Grace said with an attitude as we left.
We hopped in Lia's car before the paparazzi could get to my location. Thank goodness they didn't know the kind of car she drove.
On the way back to my place for Lia to do my hair, I couldn't help but replay the events in my mind, trying to piece together how something so personal got out and who could have possibly leaked such private information. The thought of losing my endorsements and the damage this scandal could do to my career sent a shiver down my spine.
There's only one person I could think of...KARRUCHE.

I was at my headquarters finishing up some last minute tasks before I headed to Ryan's baby shower. I couldn't not show my face, I mean it is my baby. I thought about getting a DNA test, but real talk I ain't need it, the due date adds up to that explosive night when Ryan put it on me. I can't believe it's been that long since I made love to her. Me and Karruche started fuckin' around again, but it was just sex. I saw Ryan's face every time. I was deep in my thoughts when I got a phone call from publicist, Jake.
"Talk to me Jake, what's good?"
"Umm Mr. Brown, I'm not quite sure how to ask this, but I need you to be honest with me or I can help you."
"Spit it out, I ain't got all day."
"Did you have an affair with Ryan Destiny and get her pregnant?"
"Jake, my personal life ain't none of your business"
"Then it's true." Jake said in a defeated tone.
"What are you talking about?" I asked putting my pen and paper down.
"It's all over the internet. I'm going to handle this in the best possible way so that you don't lose your endorsements, but I can't make any promises. Keep your phone near!" He hung up.
I picked up my phone to call Justin and saw multiple missed calls from Ryan. "Shit!" I grabbed my keys and was out.
