It's like all I did was blink after prom and now we're at our graduation. Just like with our prom Lauren's mom took all kinds of pictures of us which made me smile. We all headed back to my house for a little graduation party and under her cap and gown Lauren had this beautiful white dress and I couldn't help but picture her as my bride because of it and it made me think about asking her today but before I made my decision my thoughts were brought to a stop when our parents decided to do a toast to all of us and I noticed Lauren had sparkling cider as opposed to champagne like the rest of us guys had
Dana- girl you don't want an actual drink
L- no I'm good

Scott- thank you everyone for coming and joining us in celebrating all our lovely kids special day cole me and your mom are so proud of you and I know you're going to do incredible as our new ceo
T- Lauren sweetie we're so proud of you you are our little angel and genius and we know you're going to create some amazing things soon enough
One by one we all got a sweet testimonial from our parents and when it was all said and done and we were all with our parents the guys looked at me and nudged towards Lauren and mouthed now and seeing as they think it's the perfect time I decided to go for it.
C- while we are doing the toasts and everything there is something I want to say to my lovely best friend my lovely girl friend Lauren baby I love you so much so much time of our life was spent as best friends when we should've been together considering we were both madly in love with each other the whole time now I don't want to wait til we're older because that's how people see it as the wise thing I want to be with you forever I want to come home to you everyday so what I'm trying to say is will you marry me
I got down on one knee in front of her and she was lost for words and crying which made me nervous and it didn't help when she did finally say something it wasn't an answer
L- can I talk to you outside away from everyone

I looked at the guys and they were all shocked and confused as well we're all out parents well all but hers they were sad and looked a little guilty what the hell is going on. I followed Lauren out front away from everyone

I pulled it out of my pocket and showed her and she just cried more which made me reach for her to comfort her but she stopped me

C- what are you talking about

And with that she started walking away and I was so confused by it all and hurt I went inside instead of trying to run after her and try and get her to talk .

I just shook my head no and I told her parents she left and then I ran up to my room and broke down. I never pictured my graduation day going like this!
