Forever Intertwined | Sam Evans

𝕋𝕙𝕖 ℝ𝕠𝕔𝕜𝕪 ℍ𝕠𝕣𝕣𝕠𝕣 𝔾𝕝𝕖𝕖 𝕊𝕙𝕠𝕨

As the Glee Club started their week, Faith was sitting by herself. She wasn't sure who to sit next to, usually, it would be Quinn but considering she was sitting next to Sam acting all lovey-dovey, she didn't think she could take it.

She was owned out until everyone seemed to be chatting about something, the musical Mr. Schue just announced Rocky Horror.

"Look, I figured it all out. I cut out some of the more risqué sections and I'm sending home permission slips to all your parents to make sure they're okay with it." Mr Schuster tried to convince them all that it was okay, but Faith wasn't even sure if she was going to do it. Faith zoned out again once Mr. Schuster started talking about casting until a specific role caught her ear.

"Sam, I'd like you to play the role of the creature." oh great, it wasn't enough that Faith was heartbroken, she now had to see the guy she was heartbroken over half naked.

"Rocky. He's like the Frankenstein character except blonde. You'll kill the part. He's cute just like you." Faith knew Quinn wasn't doing it on purpose, but she still felt like a knife was stabbing into her heart.

"Better start working on those abs."

"Are you kidding me? You could cut glass with these babies. I have no problem showing off my body." Sam lifted his shirt to flex his abs, at the same time he looked towards Faith and gave her a wink. Faith wasn't sure how she felt about the fact that Sam seemed to be oblivious to her heartbreak.

After Glee ended, Faith made her way to her locker to get ready for Cheerios practice. As she was grabbing her bag, Sam made his way up to her.

"Isn't this great! We get to do an amazing musical and I get to show off my abs at the same time, it's like a double gift to the audience." Faith smiled weekly, she still hadn't figured out how to talk to Sam without getting in the way of him and Quinn or hurting herself more.

"Hey, are you okay? You haven't talked to me much since we went to Breadstixs after the duet competition." Although she knew it would hurt her, Faith wouldn't let her personal feelings interfere with a good relationship. So she responded simply: "Just letting you have your time with Quinn. I have to go to practice, see you tomorrow."

Before Sam could respond, Faith was gone. What she didn't know was Quinn had seen the whole interaction, and felt something off about it.

Faith decided to not do the musical, Rocky Horror wasn't her favorite and she knew most of the parts were already double cast and didn't want to make them worse.

So the next day, while they were rehearsing, Faith went to see Coach Sylvester. Coach Sylvester wasn't the nicest person, but Sue always had a soft spot for faith. She claimed it was her winner mentality, but deep down Sue knew Faith was easily manipulated.

"What's up baby face?" Coach Sue said as Faith entered her office. Faith knew she had a baby face, it was one of her many insecurities but, if that's all she could come up with she was okay with it. "Aren't you supposed to be at rehearsals?"

" I didn't feel like doing the musical, a little too much groping for my taste. Plus there weren't enough Parts anyways." Before Sue could introduce Faith to a wicked plan, Mr. Schuester came in and announced that Rocky Horror was canceled because they had to drop out.

Sue was going to make it her mission to make sure the show still happened. She sent Faith to the choir room to gather everybody, while going to convince a mystery person to fill the spot.

Faith was shocked when the mystery person Sue showed up with was Emma's boyfriend, the hot dentist. Once Mr Schuster demanded he audition, everyone seemed to be into it. Because Quinn and Mercedes were dancing together, Faith was left to dance with Sam.
