If You Say So, Faye
The last words Faith Hudson ever would hear from her brother. Now, he was just...gone.
Since the moment Kurt muttered that something happened with Finn, Faith had been in serious denial.
He couldn't have been talking about her brother.
The brother who used to read her better than anyone. The one who, even in an argument, would be there to comfort her.
The first week, Faith couldn't stop her heavy sobs. She spent nights sleeping in his room, hoping she'd be able to feel him and their twin connection again but it was no use.
He was gone.
So was their twin connection.
After her week of sobbing, she went numb and silent.
She couldn't believe this was the life she had to lead now. She didn't know how she'd be able to go forward with this heavy weight.
2 weeks after she came home to Lima to the news, they held Finn a proper funeral.
It was the worst day of Faith's life.
Her mom was hysterically sobbing.
Burt was comforting her but had his own grief in his eyes.
Kurt never let go of Blaine's hand, afraid that if he did, he would lose more than he already did.
And Faith...
Everyone was scared for her. The only time she opened her mouth was to sing a part of 'Seasons of Love' with the New Directions in honour of Finn but even after the little part, she had to disassociate.
Because she finally stopped crying, and she'd be damned if it happened again.
Sam had been there, though.
When he found out, he rushed to her side.
Held her while she sobbed.
He whispered in her ear when she couldn't breathe.
He tried his best, but Faith was in a hole and wouldn't come out. He would stand by her forever, even if she never spoke again.
The only thing Faith had been able to do, besides staring blankly at the wall as the life she and Finn lived flashed through her mind, was write random thoughts down.
She hoped, if she survived this grief and it didn't overtake her, she would be able to turn her random jumble into some kind of music to honour Finn.

It had been 3 weeks since the funeral and Faith was still numb.
However, Sam had convinced her to get out of the house to go to Glee where all the members of Glee, past and present, were gonna gather to memorialize Finn.
Faith sat on the ground in front of Sam who had his hand on Faith's shoulder. A show of support and that he was there, even if she wasn't feeling anything.
But what he didn't know was it meant everything to her. That little touch kept her alive each day. It just barely stopped the grief from eating her, whole.
As Mr. Schue wrote 'Finn' on the board, everyone stayed quiet. The room had never felt so empty with so many bodies in it.
"I'm really glad so many of you could make it back for this." Mr. Schue said to the group.
"We wouldn't miss it for anything, Mr. Schue." Mike smiled lightly.
"The funeral was for everyone, but I wanted to do something just for us." Mr. Schue continued. "To memorialize him the only way we know how...by singing. All week long. Anyone who wants to can come up and sing. Maybe a song he sung, maybe something that reminds you of him..."
