It had been 2 weeks since Finn left for college. He was still getting a grasp on everything but he seemed to be loving his program already.Faith was surprised he got in so quickly but she was happy he had a place. As she was getting ready for practice, she got a call from him.
"Hey little sis." Finn smiled into the call.
"We're twins." Faith gritted through her teeth. "Anyways, how's college? I feel like we haven't talked much."
"Yeah that's my fault. Puck is here, we've been partying and everything has just been hectic. But it's just getting started so it's exciting!" Faith was glad Finn seemed to be finding his groove in a new environment.
She had heard about Puck being there through Jake who thought it was funny his brother was in college.
"Well, as long as you go to your classes. Going to parties is fun, but remember you're there for your degree so don't get sidetracked." Faith demanded.
"Okay mom." Finn laughed. "Speaking of, have you heard from her and Burt? How his treatment is going?"
"Yeah." Faith started. "They think the treatment is doing good. He has an appointment in a few weeks to check everything out."
"Okay, well I will try to make it back for that but until then, I have a class to take so I'll talk to you later!" He said enthusiastically.
"Be safe and learn something!" Faith exclaimed before hanging up.
As soon as she hung up, she noticed a text in the glee group chat about rehearsal. This morning Tina had told her it was cancelled this week as Mr. Schue was out sick so she remained confused as she walked to the choir room.
When she walked in, everyone crowded around the piano while Blaine and Sam jumped around in hoodies.
"Why are we here?" Kitty was the first to question the boys who seemed to be the only ones not confused. "I thought Mr. Schue was sick."
"Yeah, why are we here?" Tina added.
"I was wondering the same thing." Unique expressed.
"Oh, come on, guys. Regionals is only a few weeks away." Blaine smiled at the group. "Even without an adviser, we can't afford to miss one week of preparation."
"Which is why Blaine and I asked you all to come here. We have come up with an assignment for this week." Sam exclaimed.
"Please be songs about sweaters." Brittany prayed while Sam wrote on the white board.
"You know, after last week, giving us a lesson again this week is starting to be really bossy Blaine." Faith snarked jokingly.
"Guilty pleasures." He exclaimed, ignoring Faith's comment.
"Come on!" Blaine egged on the room of unaffected members. "We all have some musical shame. You know what I'm talking about. You know, that secret love we dare not speak, but when it comes out on the radio, you can't help but turn up the volume and sing along?"
"Yeah, and we're supposed to sing one of those songs for regionals?" Ryder questioned.
"No." Blaine answered. "Sam and I were speaking earlier, just, like, shooting the crap like two bros do, you know, and we felt really safe with each other. So we decided to reveal our guilty pleasures."
Faith held in a laugh at Blaine's obvious crush on Sam. She knew about his crush, and although it was slightly weird, she did enjoy seeing Blaine get flustered.
"And it felt amazing. I mean, letting go of this big secret made me feel so good." Sam exclaimed.
"And figured if we all share musical shame with each other, we could all become a more cohesive team for regionals." Blaine finished the explanation.
