Third Person's POV:
They arrived at the hospital, with Tom unconscious, and Brianna groaning in pain.

Her water broke if you didn't know..

The two couples got into separate rooms, and Bill waited outside.

Brianna was giving birth, and Tom was getting his life saved by doctors and surgeons.

Bill obviously still can't believe his eyes, he though Brianna was dead.

He paid for that funeral for nothing.

He sighs, as he leans his head back trying to calm himself.

He ended up falling asleep, cause it had been a long day for him.

Then he waited...

Time skips.

After about 4 hours of napping, Bill woke up with a doctor standing right in front of him.

"You may now see the patients." The doctor spoke, as the doctor spread a smile on his face.

Bill got up, and he went to his brother first.

He saw Tom laying on the hospital bed, helpless.

It was sad seeing his brother hurt like this.

"Bill?" His brother spoke with a groggy voice.

"Where is Isabell?"

Bill didn't answer, and just smiled at him.

Bill knew that Tom was gonna be a dad.

"Bill? Are you there?" Tom waved his hand right in front of his brothers face.

"Yes! Sorry, I zoned out, but Tom I got great news for you.."

"Well what is it?" Tom furrowed his eyebrows, while Bill crept a cheesy smile on his face.

"Your gonna be a dad."

There was an awkward silence for about a minute.

"What?" Tom couldn't believe what his brother just said.

"Yeah your gonna be a father." Bill explained again.

"I can't believe it, I gotta go visit her right now."Tom stood up, and was about to leave the room, but Bill stopped him.

"Wait here, let me visit her first." Bill plastered a smile on his face, as his brother Tom returned the same expression to him.

Bill left the room, and went inside the room where Isabel is.

As he entered, he noticed the brunette girl lying on the hospital bed like Tom did, with a baby in her arms.

Bill awed at the baby, who looked like it's father, Tom.

"Oh hey Bill." The girl turns her head to the guy with black dreads.

"Can I see the little cutie?" Bill points at the little baby girl.

"Yes you can Bill." The girl giggled at her baby's uncle.

Tom then came in the room, and went to Isabell.

Their lips connected, as they kissed each other passionately.

You had no idea how Tom missed kissing Isabell...
