"Nat I'm not really sure about this" I said through the changing room curtain
"Come on out I bet you look great!" She said enthusiastically
I walked out and a pale pink floor length dress (example at beginning of chapter)
"You look great!" She had said that about every dress I tried on, and I had tried on ten so far.
"Nat I know this really isn't your style so you don't have to go all out"
"Oh thank god" she huffed
I laughed and went to turn into the closet "You look good in that one," I turned around " I'm being genuine this time"
"I guess I'll get it then"
I walked in and closed the curtain behind me and stared at myself in the mirror. I looked like old me, not the new me who covers everything up with hostility and sarcasm. I slipped out of the dress and but it back in the garment bag. I changed back into my undercover clothes which consisted of Natasha's jeans, my long sleeve shirt, and Stevens hoodie and jacket that I stole out of his bunk.
I pulled the curtain back and saw Natasha looking at some necklaces.
"This one would look good with the dress" she held up a bulky necklace
"I don't know jewelry isn't really my style " I shrugged
I walked over and grabbed some shoes in my size that would match the dress and checked out. When I was done I walked back over to Natasha who was still looking through all the shiny necklaces
"This one is beautiful" I picked up a simple one in a year drop shape with a slight pink tint
"Well we better get going before Tony sends the suit after us" I said laughing
"You go I'll meet you outside I just want to get one of these necklaces"
"Alright I'll just be right outside"

"Is that my hat?" I asked Kat while she walked in with stuff layered of her arm "and my hoodie?"
"Yeah I took them out of your bunk because apparently I wasn't undercover enough" I flashed a look at Natasha
"Don't worry I'll put em back Rogers"
"Here, this will come in handy" Natasha said handing me a little black box with a note on top
'She liked this one at the store and I figured you could use a little push - Nat'
I opened the box and there was a little diamond necklace
