"H...Hey Nori" Khan stammered, amazed by the ghostly figure of his wife standing in front of him, he had found Nori's headphones- and dropped his own blood on them as instructed by J- releasing a white translucent version of Nori. She was so pale and fuzzy that Khan almost believed it wasn't her, but the grin she plastered on her face was unmistakable.

Without a word Nori stepped forward, cupping Khan's face and smiling softly, her husband shook with fear as Nori gently rested her ghostly head on Khan's shoulder. "Mine" eventually slipped from Nori's thin white mouth, sounding just as ghostly as she looked.

Khan struggled to find words, though subconsciously he noticed his arms wrapping around Nori, gently resting his head on her barely visible shoulder as tears fell out of his eyes. She was here. She was home.

Nori groaned "Khan- I told you no vampire could kill me...did you think I was lying?" Her voice was ghostly but firm, making Khan snicker into her shoulder. He'd been hearing her again for a while now, but seeing her again in real life repaired every piece of his fracked heart. Nori weakly smiled and held Khan close.

"Alright you big baby, I've talked to you about PDA before" Nori quipped, trying (and failing) to sound unemotional, in reality she was just as overwhelmed to be holding her husband again as he was. He felt warm, safe, and homely. Nori felt happy in his embrace, even if she wasn't really there.

Khan smiled and loosened his grip on Nori, though he didn't really let go, tears kept flowing out of his eyes as he admired his beloved wife. "I..I needed you so bad..." Khan admitted, leaning his forehead on Nori's. Nori giggled lightly and gently kissed Khan's cheek, he was still absolutely adorable.

The old couple held each other for a moment longer, when Khan finally asked through tears "Do you want to pass on? Or are you happy like this?"

Despite saying earlier that he would respect Nori's choice regardless of how much it hurt, Khan was begging silently for her to stay, wanting to tell her how much he craved her coming home- whether as a ghost or a real person. He didn't care.

"Oh shut up babe, of course I don't want to die! God damn you can be stupid, now shut up and revive me!" Nori barked, playfully shoving her husband away with her ghostly arms.

J was currently also embracing her deceased lover, having found Tessa's notepad within her own pocket, the ghostly human had appeared the second J let her blood touch the paper.

Gently Tessa pet J's head, both girls were clutching each other with intensity usually saved for combat, J had missed every part of Tessa. Even if she broke her heart all those years ago- she was still her soulmate.

Tessa slowed her petting of J's head and pulled back a little, just enough to see her lovers face, J hadn't aged due to her vampire DNA- but her eyes seemed to display age and tiredness. It stung Tessa to see how heartbroken J was, but it stung more to know what she was about to do, how much worse she'd make it.

"J...I want to pass on" Tessa mumbled.

The words hit J like a truck, her heart fell as her mind spun. She knew this was a possibility, but J was praying it wouldn't be true, that Tessa would choose to stay alive- to stay with her.

But she didn't, and as J pulled back she could see in Tessa's ghostly eyes how serious she was. Tessa wanted to be released into the underworld- she wanted to leave J behind again. "You...want to leave me?" J mumbled, hands shaking as she stepped away from Tessa, unable to focus on anything other than her lovers brutal words.

"Of course I don't want to leave you- and I'm sorry for what I said after Cyn bit you- but I'm an Earth human, I won't fit in here, I should have died with the others!" Tessa argued, trying to pull J back while tears prickled her eyes.
