Ok, so this chapter didn't take place on the train, but there is some screaming, major Percabeth, and a cliffhanger. What's not to like? The next chappie will be on the train, promise.

Also, sorry I didn't update in so long. Wattpad was being all glitchy.

~Annabeth~

The next few hours were a blur. The wizards dropped us off at a pub called the Leaky Cauldron. Percy and I, unsurprisingly, shared a room. Thankfully, there were five fountains that gushed mist, which formed rainbows.

Luna had passed me a secret note. "This is for you," she whispered. "What's the Mark of Athena?"

I gasped in shock, then recovered myself. "A, um, book I read."

"Sure," she muttered. "See you later."

Under the cover of Percy chatting with Neville about magic, I opened the note. It read:

Annabeth,

My Divination teacher, Prof. Trelawney, mentioned your name in passing, along with the lines "Wisdom's daughter walks alone, the Mark of Athena burns through Rome." These lines match a song my mother sang, "Wisdom's daughter walks alone, the Mark of Athena burns through Rome. With sea's bane, owlet grows, to turn the tide, the river of dust flows. Battles with fire, battles with gold, battles with dragons and skies untold. Fights with charm and bravery at her side, the son of death shall be mother's guide. Last love fights deepest battle night by night, bravest kiss brings new bright." Do any of these lines have meaning to you?

Luna

I got up in a daze, pulling Percy into the room and slamming the door in Neville's face.

"What?" Percy asked.

I stayed calm for a millisecond, and then let out an ear-splitting scream.

Percy stood stock-still for a minute as I screamed, then kissed me, effectively muting me. After a few seconds, he pulled away. "Are you done screaming?"

"No," I teased, taking a deep breath. "Do it again."

He obliged.

"So," he said. "Why were you screaming?"

I passed him the note without a word. His eyes widened.

"The river of dust flows?" he quoted. "Last- last love fights deepest battle night by night? Does that mean-"

"You or Luke," I finished, wincing. "I was wondering that myself."

"Look," he said, pulling me close. "This is weird, but our lives are weird. We'll figure this out."

"I know." I rested my head on his shoulder. "I love you."

And then someone downstairs screamed.
