Noa wandered through the dimly lit hallways of the Blue Lock building, his thoughts a swirling tempest of concerns and strategies. The flickering lights followed his pace, casting eerie shadows along the walls. It was late at night, and the silence was almost oppressive. His footsteps echoed, the only sound in the otherwise silenced building.

As he walked, he passed by the field, its lights still ablaze, suggesting someone was still there. Curiosity piqued, he stepped inside. There, he saw Nurse Akuma kneeling beside Michael, her hand resting on his chest. The scene struck Noa as odd.

"Akuma," Noa called out, his voice cutting through the silence. "What is wrong with Kaiser?"

Akuma flinched at the sound of his voice, her unease evident. "Just checking to see if he's okay," she responded, her tone unconvincing.

Noa approached, his skepticism growing. Kaiser lay unconscious on the ground, a victim of his relentless drive to push beyond his limits. The sight stirred a mix of frustration and concern in Noa. Overworking oneself to this extent was far from rational.

Akuma's demeanor seemed off, and something about her felt eerily familiar. Their eyes locked, an unspoken tension crackling between them.

"I should probably take him to the clinic and give him some treatment," Akuma suggested, her hand gripping Michael's arm as if preparing to lift him.

Noa's mistrust flared. "Actually, I'll just bring him to his room. It's just a simple case of overworking the body," he countered, gently but firmly removing her hand. With ease, he lifted Michael into his arms.

"I suggest you return to the clinic," Noa said, his tone leaving no room for argument. As he walked away, Akuma's eyes darkened with irritation.

"D*mn you, Uncle Noa," she whispered under her breath, retreating through the opposite doors.

The next day, practice proceeded as usual, but Noa's sharp eyes noticed subtle changes. Y/n's spirit seemed broken, her usual vibrancy dimmed by some unseen sorrow. She diligently noted down details, but every now and then, she'd wipe away tears that wouldn't stop flowing. Kaiser, too, was not himself. His usual taunts aimed at teammates, especially Isagi, seemed more like a coping mechanism than genuine banter.
