Peace can last a lifetime

Just reach out your hand

Grab it by the handle

And take your final stand

Peace can last forever

This i swear is true

Peace can last forever

Inside me and you

All you do is stop it

Stop the violence and the lies

Stop all the deception

The tears that are cried

Look to the person you misunderstand

Get to know just who they are

And hug them or go for a date

You'll find you care deep in your heart

Or take a stray dog on the street

Such a small thing to do

And feed it give it somewhere good to sleep

This has meaning , this is true

Everybody starts the same

You are born into this life

Like everything and everyone 

It is your given right

So why make violence

In the end it's all the same

There are no winners, no losers

We all die, thus ends the game

So let's all do this together

Let's make peace before it's too late

Let's have love and have forgiveness

Let's make peace  the children's fate
