(Chapter 10) Familiar faces and substitute teacher

~Emma's POV~

I wake up, take a shower, brush my hair and teeth, wear a blue shirt with a white scarf, jeans,brown shoes, earings, and a bracelet, I pack my bag and my purse, eat breakfast, and of to school. Me and Henry walk together since we're neighbor's and we talk along the way to school. As we make it, I put all my stuff in my locker, and only bring the stuff I need for my other classes.

~School time skip~

~Henry's POV~

It's almost 3 o'clock, which means school is almost done for the day, I stop by at Emma's locker because I wanted to apologize about how weird Ray was acting yesterday. I see Emma coming to her locker and she looked so pretty as her blue eyes shimmered in the light.

Wait did I say pretty, I was... I meant as a friend.

But there was bad timing, my watch started to beep which meant Ray needed me and Charlotte at work, so we both ran out of school and headed to Junk-N-Stuff. We went down the elevator screaming and came down to the man-cave, I saw Ray, Gootch, and Shwoze looking through the computer screens and they where looking Emma up on the internet,"I marched up to marched up to Ray and said,"Ray what was up with you and Gootch yesterday, you made Emma feel uncomfortable, plus she even told me that it was like you new her!?",and Ray said,"Thats because where not sure if she's the girl, she looked familiar","What are you talking about?", I said,"Several days ago I watched on the news about a girl named Emma Goodman running away from home, police have been looking through every road to find her, there was also a photo of her",Ray said while putting a picture up on one of the monitors, I put a photo of Emma on another monitior and we took a closer look."Could she be the Runnaway girl?", Charlotte said, and Ray said,"I don't know","What do you mean you don't know!?", I said getting frusterated,"Henry calm down!!!", everyone said in the room,"Why do you even care if she's a runnaway or not?",said Shwoze,"Because if anybody knows her they might kidnap her for money or maybe kill her", I replied,"Don't worry, protectors of Swellview son, remember?", said Ray. But I feel bad because I lied about kidnappers and killers, the thing is......

I think I like her?

~Emma's POV~

I come to school, I walk up to Henry and Charlotte and say,"Guy's were where you yesterday, and Henry why was your watch beeping?", but in a calm way, "My watch tells me when my boss needs me and Charlotte at work", said Henry,"You never told me Charlotte worked there?", I said,"I forgot to tell you, sorry, plus I also want to say sorry for how Gootch and Ray acted the other day." I said it was alright, I just stared deep down in his brown eyes, and I just felt so safe, then my hand started to feel cold because of my powers, then the bell rang and we went to History class. The Thing is.....

I think I like him?

~Rays POV~

Me and Gootch were in Henry, Charlotte and Emma's school because I had to give one of Henry's teachers chicken pocks because I needed to look at Emma in person, so we brought Gootchs nephew Bengy because he had chicken pocks, all what we had to do was rub it on one of the teachers, then we saw Mrs.Shapon comming and I covered myself up so no body can notice me, then I caught her and Gootch rubbed Bengy all over Mrs.Shapon, then she had chicken pocks and I pretended to be a substitute teacher. I disguised myself and ready to go

~Henry's POV~

Jasper comes in class and tries to get our attention, so I got everyones attention for him,then all eyes where turned to Jasper and he said out loud,"Mrs.Shapons sick so she won't be comming here for afew days", then I said,"Cool freeday!", everyone was in joy, but then jasper said,"Actually we have a substitute teacher", then we all became annoyed, as our"subsitute teacher" came in, me and Charlotte new it was Ray disguised as an British teacher with bad taste and teeth,"Henry, Charlotte is that your boss?", Emma asked in such a calm way, she's just so majestic when she talks in such a calm way. As I was saying, I said no to Emma (I lied)"Mr.Geldeen" asked us about the isoceleese triangle, but Jasper jumped right in and said,"This is a history class", Then Mr.Geldeen said, "Who can tell me about the history about the isoceleese triangle? How about someone's name beginning with the letter "E", how about Emma", Emma said nothing because she wasn't feeling comfortable about the substitute, all what she said was,"Sorry I'm new here", she said with such a calm voice while her eyes sparkled in the light, but thing is, I didn't wanted anything awkward happening between us because were just friend, if I told her I liked her, it would be akward. I stood up in class and said," Excuse me, Mr.Geldeen? Can I have a word with you out in the hall please?", and he said,"I'm in the middle of a lesson", and I said out loud,"I have a question about my personal hygiene!", then he said, "To the hall we go!", then Jasper started saying,"Wait, I have a lot of questions about my hygiene?!", with nobody else in the hall I said,"What are doing, why are you in my school?, and Ray said in the phoney british accent," I'm spying on Emma", I told him to stop with the accent and he said agian,"I'm spying on Emma", and I said,"Well what did you do to our old teacher Mrs.Shapon?", and he said,"I-gave her a disease", and I said,"Oh my God!", and Ray said,"It's only chicken pocks", I said,"Thats the worst kind of pocks", and he said,"Well what about tuna pocks?",I said,"Theres no such thing as tuna pocks, the point is just leave Emma alone","Why", Ray asked,"She's new to Swellview and she's been having a hard time for the past three days, First you and Gootch look at her in a very uncomfortable way, I leave school at a very bad time on the second day, then you pretend to act like a substitute teacher, just to spy on her and you still make her feel uncomfortable", I said,"I'm sorry kid but I need to know if she's the runnaway or not so I can send her home", Ray said, but I told him that she lives with her aunt, but he still needs to spy on her for some reason, then Charlotte came and said,"You guys, you better inside","Why?", I asked,"Cause Jasper keeps asking me questions about his personal hygiene","So", I said,"So you better get back inside before I tell him stuff he does not want to know", she replied, so we came back inside and like always, back to work
