(Chapter 41) Emma vs......DAD!?

~Emma's POV~

I was still afraid of what I did to Henry, and I kept on asking myself

Did I kill him?

Is he gonna be ok?

While I was thinking, I heard voices outside, I took a little peak out the window, and saw the Commissioner, some of his men, and maybe some volunteers

"We are to search for Henry Hart men! Be on Guard! But no harm is to come to the queen! Understood!?", he said

"Yes Sir!", everyone said

Then my snow monster awakened, I went to the front door, took a small peek, and closed them quickly

I took off my heels, and ran as fast as I can upstairs with them in my hands

I put them back on when I made it to the room with the snowflake-chandelier

"We got her", said a man

I recognized one of them, but the other one, not really, the first one is Dr.Minyaks goon, the other one, not so much cause he covered his face

Minyaks goon shot something at me, ice popped out of nowhere and defended me, I saw that it was a tranquilizer dart

Looks like Dr. Minyak can't get his curious little mind off of me

They shot another dart at me, but I dodged it, and it hit the wall

Once they've surrounded me, I was about to shoot ice at the one who was about to take his aim, but the other one knocked him out with his dart

"What ars you doing?", I said to him, and since he was wearing a mask, he unmasked himself, and it was someone who I missed

"DADDY!?!?!?!?!?", I screamed

I was about to hug him, but he aimed his gun with tranquilizer darts at me

"What are you doing?", I said

"Oh sweetie, you think I cared enough to save you, I came to get rid of you", he said

"But...Why?", I said

"Well, I lied about working for the government, so the whole time I was working with Swellview's villains, so I can deceive them, and get to you", he said

"Dad this doesn't have to end like this", I said

"It does, and for you to take with you to your mom, it looks like I sold the wrong daughter", he said

"Wrong daughter!? What the hell are you talking about?", I said

"The wrong sister, and watch your tongue young lady", he said

I saw a dart that had black fur sticking out of it, I knew it would kill me, so I shot his hand, then I made a huge piece of ice grow from the floor, which kept moving towards my father

The more it kept getting closer to him, the more it grew stronger, because of the ice I made, it broke the door that lead to the balcony

The more I felt hatred, the more my power grew bigger

"Queen Emma! Don't be the monster they fear you are!", said a voice

I turned around and saw the commissioner, I stopped what I was doing and just looked at him, I was ashamed of what I have done

Then the commissioner ran towards the goon that was knocked out, the commissioner pulled his arm towards the ceiling, and the dart which he was going to shoot me with hit the top of the shandelier

As it was falling from the ceiling, I ran for my life, but I tripped on one of the shards of broken ice, soon everything went back

~After waking up~

I woke up, and realized that I was a prissioner in my own castle, I saw a blanket on me, then I ran to the window

When I made it, I saw chains, they where attached to whatever was on my hands (Sorry but I don't know what they're called)

As looked out the window, I said to myself

"Oh no wha-what have I done"

Then the door opened, it was the commissioner

"Why did you bring me here?", I said

"I couldn't just let them kill you", he said

"But I'm a danger, to Swellview, get Henry", I said

"Henry Hart has not returned yet", he said

I looked out the window, and I had a worried look on my face, I just hope he's ok

"If you would just stop the winter, bring back summer, please", said the commissioner

"Don't you see? I can't", I said

He was suprised and upset at the same time

"You have to tell them to let me go", I said

"I will do what I can, I promise", he said, and left

After he left, I started to feel scared, what if I killed him? what if he won't be my friend anymore?

Then I saw ice on the chains which covered my hands.

While fear was taking over, I kept thinking of what my backstabbing father meant

Do I have a sister?

Sold the wrong daughter?

What did he mean?
