Sam's POV

I can't believe Justin kidnapped me. How could I be so stupid to go to his house when I just met him today? Why did I never take the advice every parent gives their children to not trust a stranger? Maybe because Justin seemed normal and is a student at my school now. What would happen at school when I see him? My heart rate quickens up at the thought of seeing him again.

Justin got me here and I can't just let him use me how he wants, whether it is good or bad. I need to get out of this place before it is too late.

I look around the room to see if I can find a window, which I do find, beside the bed. Thank my lucky stars.

I go up to it and open it up. I don't see Justin's car so I guess he is not here. What an idiot to leave me alone and a way to escape. Maybe he didn't think this all through. I look down and see that the ground is two stories down. I don't care. I would rather break all the bones in my body than stay here.

I open the window and swing my leg over the window and the other one follows soon after. Looking down as I sit on the windowsill, I take a deep breath before jumping. Landing on my feet in a crouched position and my hands on the ground, I check my body, but only feel a few slight stings in my feet. No broken bones. Good.

Looking around, I see nobody out of their houses and I wonder why. Surely somebody has just gotten home or is about to leave.

I run left down the street, not caring where I actually end up as long as I'm far away from here and completely safe.

I run as fast as I can and turn down random streets, making sure I don't end up back at that house.

In a good amount of time, I end up my driveway and don't see my mom's car. I find my door unlocked and I thank God that I don't live in a bad neighborhood where I would get robed. I go inside and upstairs. Looking over at my phone, I see it light up. I go to it to find a new message.
