Chapter 26.

Although Q was busy each day upstairs, I was on the edge to knowing what this was, I thought maybe it was a romantic evening he was setting up but by day 8, I realized he was doing something big.... Like majorly big considering it took so long. I did have something to do with the surprise taking so long because I had to steal Brian for a few hours to show him the place for the wedding, to go cake tasting, wine tasting, making him go out with Murr, Joe, and Sal and get their suits done. But today it was Sunday and Q was off so he had the whole day to do whatever he was going, I was busy once again but this time it was going to be fun, because I was going dress shopping with Hailey and Mrs. Quinn. I could hardly wait to try everything on!

I dressed myself in a white tank top and some skinny black jeans and threw on a black cardigan. I put on some light makeup and threw my hair up in a high ponytail. I went downstairs and drank some tea and had a bagel that Jeffery had made.

"Is Q not down yet?" I asked him

"He came down for some coffee and went back up again." He said

"Ugh I'm like dying to know what this whole surprise is! I just...." I heard Q run down the stairs.

"It's done." He said all sweaty

"Done? What's done?" I asked

"The surprise. Come look." I followed Brian upstairs, Jeffery trailing a little behind

He led us up to one of the guest rooms and opened it a bit, he then closed it back again really quickly.

"Wait close your eyes." He said

"Brian..."

"Just please do it."

"Fine." I closed my eyes as he led me inside the room.

"Okay open."

I opened my eyes and looked around, the guest room had become a nursery. Why didn't I ever think of making a nursery!?

"Brian this is amazing. Thank you so much!" I gave him a tight hug and a kiss

"I'm so glad you like it." He smiled

"I can't believe you did this! This is amazing. The boy had one section of the room and the girl had the other and aw it's just perfect!" I said walking around and admiring everything.

"I knew you were making a nursery but this is actually very impressing." said Jeffery

"Why thank you." Q smiled

"You're the best father ever." I said, suddenly my phone buzzed

"Shit I have to get to the store." I said

"Wedding dress shopping?" asked Jeffery

"Yup. I'm so excited."

"Okay make sure it's not too expensive babe." said Q

"Nothing's ever too expensive for a wedding. Especially our wedding." I put my hands on his face

"I can't wait to be officially yours." I pecked his nose

"I can't either." He planted his lips on mine

"Well I should get going. Thank you so much for this surprise. Love you bye." I said heading downstairs with my bag.

I drove down to the store and was greeted outside by Hailey and Mrs. Quinn.

"Little late are we?" said Hailey

"Sorry, Brian built a surprise nursery and it was just amazing." I said

"My Brian did that? Aw how sweet." said Mrs. Quinn
