Chapter 1

Hermione stares at the raindrops pelting against the glass window. The library was so quiet. As if there was nobody else inside. Which was not exactly wrong.
"Hey Mione,"a voice called out. Hermione turned around and saw a petite red headed girl carrying a stack of books. She dumped the books on the table and sighed.
"So many homework. Freaking Sprout. He asked us to do a ten page Herbology essay!" she complained.
"Exams are nearing," Hermione laughed.
"Oh, and my bro's waiting for you outside. I bet he's going to ask you to go with him to the Christmas ball," Ginny smirked.
"I'm not going with him. He dumped me for Lavender at the Yule Ball. Gin, he's an idiot," Hermione rolled her eyes, annoyed.
"But you shared yoir first kiss with him and you said you like him, he'll never choose Lavender over you now," Ginny stated.
"I said that when I was a silly, immature third year," Hermione protested.
"And.. I'm never going to get boy-girl relationship with Ronald, we're friends."
With that, Hermione packed her books and left Ginny alone.
