I'm sorry to those that clicked onto this thinking it's a new chapter; but let me explain.
When I started brainstorming for this story, I was still pretty young. Hell, I'm still young, I have a lot of growing to do mentally and emotionally. I'm only eighteen, but I've been writing since I was about ten (on my dinosaur computer.)
So two-three years ago, the writing for this story started and has been ongoing since. Here's my problem though, one that has been nagging at me every time I try to sit down with Innocent Mute and work on it.
I'm outgrowing this story.
Don't get me wrong, I have an ending thought up and put together. My only problem is that, unfortunately, this story has grown on me in a more negative way than I would have ever imagined. Now, I know there is a large following for this story, which I'm so grateful for every reader that I've had.
Please don't get scared, I promise I will continue writing this story. The updates just might be more spaced apart than they have been.
For my fans of No Turning Back, this same problem has occurred for that story as well. I started it around the same time I did Innocent Mute, but for that story... I have no ending thought up. Which makes things more complicated, because I have no direction.
Again, I won't stop writing for either of these stories. But my priorities are going to be for my more recent works.
If anyone would like to message me about questions or concerns, you are more than welcome to. I promise I won't be mad, I've always dreaded hearing from authors that made me fall in love with their stories, then either stopped writing all together or just rarely updated.
