Current Health State: Neha's a bit scratched up and has a broken ankle, but that's about it. She has a small cough, but it hasn't turned into a hacking cough yet, simply one caused by the dust and debris. Obviously, she isn't quite as impeccable as before the arena, or even while in it, but overall she's ok. Her broken ankle may be bad for her though.
Strategies For Survival:
Neha would simply follow her game plan for the actual Games, but she would try to leave behind a few traces. Things such as a leaf lodged in bark or something such as that, similar to Katniss's mint leaves for Rue. This is so her allies/pack of people know where to find her.
Since enemies are likely to be searching for them, Neha would treat it as a giant, deadly game of hide n seek.
She has picked up a few tips from her days in the arena.
