If I Stay

First it was a knock.
Then there was a boom.
The moon and star's illuminated their big metallic feet from the open window.
The floor boards creaked and the petite body huddled under the sheets was slowly drawn away, not to be waken now, but to be scared awake later.
Maybe it was the camera's.
Or maybe they had already known she'd been there the whole time. There was really no way of knowing now.

"I know"
"What will we tell the citizens?"
"They don't have a single bloody say in this!"
"You can't really expect them to just cooperate with us so easily!"
"Well they must, unless they want to be executed."
Silence.
"Why did you drug her? She was already asleep you know, the brat." A woman's voice.
"We can't take chances, she might've attacked us as we took her here."
"And what exactly is here?"
"The Palace Dungeons."
Silence.
Then footsteps.
"You can deal with her yourself when she awakes.."
"Wait-! Matilda.."
More Silence.
He shook his head,"Please alert me guards when the Que- I mean Star awakes."
Footsteps. Then the two figures that had just been in the room were gone.
