Finn:
Steven Universe. He absolutely loves Amethyst. He sees a part of himself in her. The way he was practically made by the first order and was supposed to be some sort of machine really fits her backstory.
Poe:
Doctor Who. He seemed to connect really well with Captain Jack Harkness. Seriously, he bought a trench coat to match him.
Rey:
Tokyo Ghoul. She loved the constant drama of it and how it can always surprise you when you predict it to go a certain way.
Kylo Ren:
Death Note. He loves the thrill of being inside the mind of someone with so much power like Kyra/Light. The constant edge given off by Death Note always gets him in a certain kind of mood.
Hux:
Sherlock. There was something about the way the mind of a sociopath worked that captivated Hux. He loved Moriarty and refused to believe he was dead at the end of season two.
