I never thought
That I would touch ones heart
The votes and comments are great
But the friends I've made are greater
No matter how bad the poem, they still read it
They read the authors notes, that are usually stupid
I told a friend the other day
I'd rather have one reader, then a million reads
Here I can say what's wrong
I can say I'm hurting
I can say this stuff
And I know at least one person will say something back
That will make me smile
So thanks
Not for the reads, or votes,or comments
But the happiness they brought
The happiness they will always bring
