That was big. A big accusation if Kristine might say. But not exactly a false statement. She just nodded her head and went to open her apartment door for Christian who was trailing behind her.

"So, Coffee??" Kris offered warily. She removed her office blazer and went to tie her hair up. She put the kettle on.

Christian make himself at home in her living room couch.

Kris had countless times imagined Christian in her living room apartment but she hadn't counted on the fact that it was this soon. Really. Calling a five years almost six years "soon". She stifled a yawn. The living room clock had just chimed in 5am. Any minute now and she would collapse.

"Need a massage??" Christian asked huskily and Kris heart raced. She hadn't noticed that he had stood up and went to the kitchen with her. Crap.

"Er.. no." Kristine muttered. As tempting as that maybe, she distanced herself from him. She wouldn't trust even herself with him around what would happen after a massage. But she had a fairly good imagination what would ensued after.

The kettled whistled. Both Kristine and Christian went to turn off the stove, putting both their hands at the burner switch at the same time. She pulled her hand immediately as if burned. Christian 's eyebrows went up.

Kristine then busied herself and went on tiptoe to get the mugs at the cabinet above.

"Allow me." Christian offered again getting the mugs easily being taller than her. He then proceeded to pour hot water for their mugs.

"Sugar??" he asked.

"Yes please."

They sipped their coffee in silence. Chris was the first one to break it.

"So how are you??

She looked at him and wished she hadn't. Her heart started hammering again. It's a wonder Chris cant hear it.

"I'm fine." She replied shortly and avoided his intense gaze. If she dared looked at him for just a minute, her gaze would betray her. It definitely screamed "longing".

He stand up abruptly and pushed his mug at the table. He checked his watch. "Thanks for the coffee then, I better get going. Catch some sleep I guess." Christian muttered.

Kris face fell. Sure she hadn't wanted to let Christian in a while ago but she couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. She stand up too and went to collect their mugs and deposited both it in her sink.

She went to trail behind Christian who walked at her apartment door.

"So, I guess see you at work." Chris said smiling.

"Chris, I have graduated already from working at your diner." She smiled faintly.

She heard him sucked his breath. "Well, you'll never know."

He hesitated. " A kiss for old time sake??" he asked huskily.

Old time sake. Gah! But still it was a good offer. Kris went to kiss him shyly at his cheek.

He chuckled. "I think you can do better than that after five, excuse me, almost six years we haven't seen each other. Didn't you got yourself another boyfriend after the last one??"

She reddened. She don't want to embarrass herself by saying that she what?? Hadnt had a steady boyfriend after her last break up. She doesn't want him to know that what?? He was her last fuck?? Pathetic!! That she was like what?? Was waiting for him all along. Waiting for something she doesn't even know.

"Come here I'll refresh your memory how to kiss." He instructed.

I know how to kiss you idiot. You taught me how to! Kris wanted to shout back.

The instruction screamed "trouble" for Kristine doesn't know when to stop if he started kissing her passionately, intensely, deeply.

"Hey!! I just said I want to kiss you." He smiled showing his dimples. Kristine wanted to melt on the floor. She blushed.

"Um yeah sure." Kris answered. She looked up at him. Heard his breath hitched. Felt his hands landing on her shoulders and squeezing them softly.

"I missed you like hell," he muttered before his head swooped down, his lips finding her parted lips.

Instinctively her hands went to tangle in his hair, entwining in its fine strands. She felt his tounge delved deeply, exploring her mouth, tasting all of her like she was a delicious appetizer.

She met his tounge hungrily, all her reservations forgotten and kissed him back with equal passion, matching his pace. She heard him groaned. Then they stopped and raced for their breaths. She avoided his gaze.

"Your kisses told me that you missed me like hell too." Christian joked after a while.

She gaze up at him and break her resolve.

"You're so wrong. My kisses should have meant to tell you that don't ever stop." Kris contradicted.

Christian catched his breath sharply at her words and seconds later they were both ripping each other's clothes like there's no tomorrow.
